I ordered a pizza and boneless wings with a bbq dipping cup. The pizza came pretty much cold and they put the bbq sauce on the wings and sent a cup of habanero sauce. There is someone in my household that cannot eat bbq sauce due to allergies which is why I didn’t order with the bbq sauce on the wings. I called and received no answer.

Tried to order a regular pizza and lava cakes but the automated system tried to overcharge me and wouldnt let me correct my order. I call into a restaurant specifically so I dont have to deal with automated systems. If you are going to use one, it needs to be accurate and reflect the menu prices.

I ordered 2 medium pizza from this store, which is 2 miles away from my home and they said it will be arrive in 40 minutes but I waited for 2 hours and I call the store and again they said the driver is on the way 5 minutes to arrive. But the driver arrived after another 1 hour and the pizza is very very cold and dry, and I will never ever trust this store delivery service.......

This Domino's pizza is great. I usually do carryout and feel it's an excellent value. However, I've ordered delivery twice and both times have been poor experiences. First time our pizzas were delivered to the wrong house. After I called, they remade our order and redelivered but now it was over 90 minutes later. Tonight, the estimated time said 22 minutes, but it got here at one hour and one of the pizzas had someone else's name on it. Bottom line: good pizza, good price, delivery problems due to sending multiple orders out with one driver. I understand the need to do that and I understand staffing can be a challenge these days, but the accuracy needs to be better. I'll stick to carryout.

Picture of 1st pizza ordered 9/26/19. Thin crust extra cheese was over done and tasted like paper with no flavor of cheese. Spoke to management who saved phone number for a fresh one. 9/28 picked up a dry and tasteless thin crust again over cooked! Asked if it could be cooked for less time and was told it is cooked on a timer. Will not order from this company again.

Ordered on the app and tracked it. They delivered it to some other address. When I called, they said it was not and he is on his way. It was longer than an hour and you can tell they were attempting to go back and get it. i told them i don’t want cold pizza that someone else could have touched and wanted it canceled. They put me on hold and then told me its canceled and hung up on me.

Poor service. Stood in line at the front counter for 10 minutes while people ran around getting boxes and making orders but never even acknowledging us. Ended up just ordering online as I stood there and leaving. they should just replace the person upfront with a machine if that’s the kind of service they strive to have. What’s the point of having humans?
When we got our order. It wasn’t even correct. And all we wanted was a cheese pizza. Not much to get incorrect.
