We went in for something cold to drink. She got a big gulp thinking she would get a sprite, but they didn't sell sprite in their soda machine. I got the diet Pepsi big gulp and she got a sprite soda. I reached for napkins to clean up soda I spilled, but there were none. Other than that, no problems at that 7-11.

This is a nice 7-Eleven store. Most of the employees are super nice and helpful. It’s usually well-stocked. I give it 4 stars because it’s not the cleanest and they do not enforce the “No Loitering” sign outside. Lots of riffraff outside 24/7

This 711 customer service really bad I had orange chicken from them at 6.30pm today Feb 9th it was too hard and old I leave close buy them I called them they shouldn't sell that kind of chicken my daughter 7years old she couldn't eat I called manager I let him know he was so mean and road to me can't belive it that ppl mean like that. They became manager and don't know how to do the customer service even i try to explain how it is he said I yell it him this is my request to the 711 corporation pls check there food it was only 6.30 there all fizza was dry ask for burbeque chicken fizza they didn't have it in display thats why don't want to make the new one either then as for chicken the was rough dry hard I just loose 3dollar for nothing.

Just left from here, employees aren't wearing masks and aren't making customers wear masks. There are always a group of vagrants outside asking for money. Don't go at night, police are always there dealing with them.

I went to buy....some goods... between..11:30..and.12..at midnight..but..the cashier was on duty...was without..mask gloves...and..was..SNEEZING APART.....manager pay atention.¡¡¡ About VA..law..the cashier must have protection... mask and gloves...the situation is bad at the moment..we are Forced to stop .for spread the virus......i really appreciate if pay attencion..and talk with this kind of person...

Always would go to this 7-Eleven and never had trouble, the other day one of the employees was following me around and wouldn't stop. Go to the 7-Eleven on route 1 thats a block south of there, they are always very friendly and converse with me.

Hello so today I went to this 711 I always buy a carton of Marlboro lights and new ports reds this old guy extremely disrespectful first he brings out the carton of Marlboro lights so I ask him I need Newport's reds too that's it he flipped I cant sell you cigarettes I said I buy it all the time and never had a problem I asked for a manager he said get lost you're shouting he said I can fire the manager too what a awful experience and then tells me too go to other 711i think the owner of this 711 encourages this behavior because this old guy didn't care if someone complains and I only wanted a carton and two packs of Newport's Red no more this 711
