I am highly disappointed in lack of response from management. Was attempting to place an order online and had to contact the store for questions regarding my order. The person who answered the phone was terribly inconsiderate of my time and concern so I opted to cancel my order. I wanted to speak with the manager and had requested at least 4 times for a call back. I called the store, left my name and number with staff, called customer service, and sent an email on more than one occasion. I was told that the manager would get back to me, but unfortunately, that never happened. I used to support this Edible Arrangement frequently, but have definitely been made to feel as though my patronage and time is insignificant. The lack of follow-up and commitment to one's word is frustrating and saddening. I probably won't be back to this Edible Arrangement.

Whoever made the edibles today at the old town location did an excellent job! The best I've had!! Fruit was so fresh and the chocolate was perfect. They are so yum!!! This is the best location to prepare them by far, i've been to the one in D.C. and they did not turn out like this. I'm sticking to this location

I called around 11:00am yesterday to place an order for my daughters teachers because next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! The associate was very helpful over the phone and friendly. She even suggested certain items which helped me decided faster. It was ready and packaged neatly & nice. Service paying was fast. I forgot her name but I thank you for the good experience because I was nervous due to some of the reviews and things I’ve heard. My daughters class enjoyed the fruit!

It’s Mother’s Day. I placed a delivery order for my mom 2 1/2 weeks in advance and my order was not satisfactory. I ordered the Mom Knows Best Bundle which came with cookies chocolate covered strawberries and a BUNDLE of Mother’s Day balloons. I’m not in the same state as her right now so I can’t complain in person. But the only thing delivered were the cookies and strawberries. I had to call them to be made aware they ran out of balloons. Customer Service is horrible! One why am I last on the delivery list when I ordered so early? I should have had first dibs and my mom should have had balloons. I’m unable to see her today so this means ALOT! Two why did I have to call the company to be made aware of the issue? And for them to be soo rude over the phone! That’s beyond me. Three why was my refund only $10??? A BUNDLE of balloons cost way more than that. I am very unhappy and will not be ordering here again.

I had ordered a holiday arrangement to be delivered to my girlfriend at her job, however I was not aware that she had left work early and wouldn’t receive it. I called this location and immediately explained the situation and agreed to have it delivered to my house. Erica helped me out. Realizing that wouldn’t make it home in time with the DC traffic I called Erica again! And again, had them change the delivery address this time to my girlfriends home. Erica helped me out and took care of it. I had no choice but to leave a 5+ review to commend them on wonderful customer service and patience. I will order from here again! thank you.

I received an edible arrangement as a gift and I am beyond disappointed. It had no fresh fruit at all, the strawberries were close to rotten.. beyond disappointed since this was my first time trying it. They didn’t take their time with placing the chocolates, the whole box was a mess filled with chocolate.

not one to complain; however, i have given this edible arrangements location 4 chances to get my orders right and they just couldnt do so. i will not be ordering from here again. Out of the 4 orders only ONE was delivered without any issues. (all 4 orders were on 4 different days) The first one was in the truck for delivery apparently, but it never reached the person and was accidentally forgotten in the truck. Then, i sent another edible on a different day to a business location and they missed the business location and somehow mistook it for residential even though on the form I filled out business location so the surprise was ruined because the receiver had to wait. Today, i sent an edible to a business location and at 4:59 I called and they said a couple of more minutes even though it states that they have until 5 to deliver edibles to a business location. time and time again I have given this location a chance and it just doesn't seem to get better, so just make sure if you decide to send one from this store, that it is properly done and delivered and keep checking on it even if they say its being made/delivered properly.
