What a joke. No customer service, at all. Walking away from customers instead of answering them. No idea what pieces of chicken go in an order. No clue (or care) about menu items. (Per an employee "KFC doesn't have sizes for fries", customer points to the signboard menu, employee walks away from the counter). An absolute embarrassment. Corporate allows this to reflect on the brand. How sad.

Ordered via Ubereats and my food arrived without any seal but just all in a nylon bag. It is totally unacceptable to send out food for delivery without a proper package or seal. I was shocked to find the food in a nylon bag; the drink was not sealed, making it possible for anyone to have contact with the food. How can we forget so soon! How do you send unsealed food out? Like? Make it make sense. This is a total no-no and a danger to people!

Horrible!!! Got the Big Chicken sandwich box for $10.59. Asked for no ice in drink. Paid, and found ice in drink, no straw, napkins or utensils!!! Called store, "manager" said, " Sorry. Have a nice night and hung up!" Lost my business.

literally ordered a three-piece with a Mountain Dew and got three completely different pieces of chicken one extra crispy one original and one grilled it’s cold and instead of a Mountain Dew they gave me a diet Pepsi!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Plus the lobby is closed so you can’t even go back to fix it unless you go back through the drive-through which was already crowded🤦🏿♂️

This would get a 5 star but the tacos shells were stale and that is gross. The staff was kind and made my order just as I asked. I feel they were much better than my previous experiences. They're truly the only reason this even got 3 stars. Management has to make sure that the food is properly stored so that this does not happen.

A customer return the food because they gave him a different order
A customer came and asked if they can eat inside? the reception said yes, he took his disable mom inside, the reception said they can’t eat inside while there was table available and he took his mom back.
I ordered and after 20 minutes I asked if my order is ready the guy said we can’t take order but then he checked that mine was past due.

Another poorly managed KFC. Dirty on the inside and a bunch of incompetent people work here.
I guess it has gotten to the point where patrons that come inside the restaurant are not a priority and are completely ignored even by Iris who is the general manager. Pathetic! She and her staff should be fired!
No excuse for anyone to stand at the counter for more then 6 minutes before anyone takes the order. The general manager is standing there along with 7 other crew members and its only one car in the drive-thru. What the hell people!! I thought fast food businesses were built to serve people quick with trash food!! I guess we have to wait forever to get trash food now smh.
