Burger King

The food is usually good, and even better after a long day of shopping. Sometimes the order gets a bit messed up and you should always double check your bag before you walk out. Otherwise they are consistent and the kids love it! Drive through gets backed up so we usually walk in and it is not too bad of a wait. Will go again!

The food is what you'd expect, it's Burger King. The issue with this specific location is the speed of service. The only way to describe it is "glacial." The staff isn't rude, they are simply the slowest on the planet Earth. This location literally handles one car at a time. From ordering to payment to food window. One at a time. Each customer has to wait to order until the customer in front of them makes it through the entire process and drives away.

We keep trying but feel like something just isn't right. Change has been wrong twice and we are ignored when we try to fix it. Food is quite expensive and even the "competitive" little burger and soda are costly and tiny (see pic). Taste is good, but not equal to $. March 2022 UPDATE: VERY IMPORTANT!!!! We just found out that BURGER KING refuses to close their restaurants in Russia. They're still open & serving which tells us they don't care about the horrible war in Ukraine where Russia is murdering innocent people, women, children, and destroying homes, schools, and churches with intent. It looks like profit is more important to BK than lives. WE WILL NOT GO TO BURGER KING AGAIN UNLESS THEY STOP SUPPORTING RUSSIA.

Awful. I went there for breakfast at 10am and they had a cone blocking the drive-thru. So, I parked and went inside. Waited at the register for 5 minutes until a man asked what I was picking up. I told him nothing and I wanted to order and the man told me, "we aren't taking orders, too many people are waiting". There were about 10 people waiting for food and one of the employees was just standing to the side doing absolutely nothing the entire time I stood there. If you're behind on orders why is one of your employees just standing there?? I took my money elsewhere.
