Wow, I honestly don't think any single McDonald's could be significantly and definitely worse than the 'average' McDonald's.... To start things off the location of the restaurant was wrong on Google maps (should be fixed soon if this goes through, it's in the Walmart). As for the experience, we ordered through the app and had to argue about receiving one of the two medium fries we ordered. We had to argue about the chocolate dipped ice cream cone that we didn't get, then once we got it it wasn't dipped in chocolate (and we were told they couldn't do that at the store even though we PAID extra for the dipped cone). We asked for honey and received confused looks, and we had to ask for ketchup and napkins because neither we're available/stocked in the dining area. The table we sat at was dirty with crumbs and dried sauce that I couldn't easily wipe myself. Two of the chicken nuggets were stuck together and therefore had a mush-like consistency in the middle, and the fries weren't exactly fresh. To top things off they had extra stock that should be in the back, placed haphazardly in the dining area. Unbelievable.

Shambles. In all seriousness. The order was incorrect with no refund. We ordered using the mobile app so we were not in store at the time - may or may not be their fault for that, but I should have been refunded the difference. I was told they didn't have it and when I asked about the cost difference and showed them the mobile order receipt it wasn't their problem. They were on to the next customer. To add to it, there seemed to be entirely too much confusion as to what was ordered as it took 3 of the staff to interpret. I don't mind learning curves! But I should not have to go back and forth on an order. I don't think I've ever experienced so much difficulty at a fast food restaurant. I would not recommend this place unless you are not in a rush and are fine triple checking the order.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The cashiers are not helpful, and one of them was even munching on her own loaf of french bread in a Shoppers bag, right where everyone else's food is. It also took 9 minutes to get my order of 1 meal and a kids meal. They weren't even busy. She waited until our entire order was ready before even putting the fries in the oil. The fries were all hard and overcooked too. We'll never eat here again.

I agree with everyone else who commented on here. They will get your order wrong and they will be rude when you try to kindly correct them at the register. I told them I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and that she rung up a different sandwich but she rolled her eyes, shouted "I know!" and walked away. She never corrected order. The strangest experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

Rosario provided very professional customer services; a rareity in a McDonald's rest. If every McDonald's had a Rosario, it would be a world class fast food establishment, again. Customer services at this high level should be recognized , appriciated and compensated!!!!!

Was walking around Walmart and got hungry. I ordered a McChicken sandwich from their 2 for 2.50 thing and it is probably the worst chicken sandwich I ever had from them.. THAT THING WAS MOSTLY BATTER!!! I dont know if it is just this spot or the whole corporate distribution that is like this.. I would feel sorry for the poor individual who had one of these chicken sandwiches. Terrible.. tasting like cardboard is an understatement.. thank goodness I ordered fries with it because that's all I had for lunch that day.. too bad there is no way to give negative stars because I would have given them a negative 10.. geezzz

The worst Mcdonalds I ever visited. Arrogant employees with ZERO knowledge of their job. Ordered 2 fish meals and they made chicken meals. On requesting to change it, the order taker behaved rudely and refused to accept their mistake. Highly NOT recommended.
