7-eleven

I came into the store to claim winning on scratchers. Store clerk said he closed the lottery machine at 9:00pm. I came in at 9:40pm. That's fine with me but he proceeds to tell me to, "Go Away. I'm busy cooking food" as I'm asking what time they'll open tomorrow morning. I asked for his name because he was not wearing a name tag and proceeds to say, "Why do you need my name?" I asked for a manager's name and was ignored further. He did not approach the counter as long as I was there as customers continued to come in and refused to allow me to make a purchase of anything. Poor customer service.

Store clerk profiles you, refuses to accept a 50.00 bill on a 15.00 dollar purchase stating he doesn't have change (for $35.00 come on) then accepts the next 50.00 bill from the next guy in line for a 10.00 purchase. I love the store, I've been going there since a kid never had any trouble. The clerk needs to get training and stop profiling. As long as this clerk works there I'm going up the street and supporting there business.

The night person said we couldn't be in the parking lot more than 5 minutes or he would call the police. I drive a tow truck and was on a long tow from Front Royal, VA to the service station at 1914 Elkin St, Fort Hunt. The 7-11 was messy, the clerk was rude and didn't want to bother with customers. I was refused the use of the bathroom as well. I DO NOT recommend this store. If you stop there, they might call the police! Terrible!

Stopped here on multiple occasions during my workshift overnight and every time the man there is so rude. I asked if there were any more sleeves for the hot drinks. With an attitude of course he said no. The cup was way to hot to hold by its self. Now if I burned my hand that could’ve been a lawsuit but instead I left the drink there. Remember you are NOT the only 7-11 near here. I’ll drive out of my way next time for a drink or snack. My money will go else where
