The good looking black guy that doesn't normally work at this location is INCREDIBLE!!!! He was slammed. But he kept it smooth. Between cashing people out and making orders solo he did it seemlessly.

I just left from there a few minutes ago and I can't believe what I am looking at. I ordered 2 mint oreo blizzards. It wasn't mixed. Just green syrup sitting on top. I tried to call and explain but she told me to bring them back and she will remake them. Huge inconvenience. I will not go back there again and I would recommend to buy your ice cream somewhere else.

people can see. No I will not give you guys another chance. When I called she told me she mixed it right, let me know when spot the green syrup still sitting there. I guess I am better off buying store bought ice cream

I love DQ but every time I go to a franchise with a promo which this location in Kings towne happened to be the last one I go to.. they give you S..t about why they CANT honor their rewards promos and always lie about why they can’t honor a free mini blizzard or their BOGO promos etc!!
I’ve owned businesses including restaurants and used to gladly accept the coupons that customers had, but definitely not with DQ!
Sadly the franchisor has failed miserably in getting its franchises to honor their rewards promos system!!

Fast service. Accurate order. Well made drinks. I only wish they still had cotton candy flavor longer, even better if all year! But man, could this kid make fast shakes and blizzards!

The lady there .. who is always there.. is so kind, but also super fast. If you see a line of a couple people, it's only like a 5 minute wait... Super fast. Also the blizzards seem to have a good amount of mix ins too.

They gave me half the ice cream the Dairy Queen on king street gives me on an ice cream cone. Then the ice cream was so softly and melty it wouldn't even stay on the cone. It's worth it to just drive to the one on king street. I basically bought overpriced milk.
