This is my 'go to' UPS store. Even though I have another UPS store that is closer, the staff at this location are always pleasant and more than helpful. Shipping, copies, notary - they have always made everything painless and quick!

Matt and his crew picked up, carefully packaged, and shipped my purchase to me within a week - it was hassle- and worry-free. They kept me in the loop on the status of my package the whole time. Finger print card was rejected causing large delays for my professional license. Staff member provided no guidance and tried to tell me to put another fingerprint on top of the first. Would never trust them for fingerprinting again.

As a resident of Delray, I had been many times to this The UPS Store and never experienced the total disrespect I received from 2 women workers(they appeared to be relatively new employees).
I needed just two copies. Not going into much details except to say my encounter with woman #1 was rude as soon as I walked in. (I thought, well the shop is busy so do not respond). Handed over my two sheets to woman #1. Machine not functioning well. She became anxious & handed me the copies that were crumbled. I stated I needed a better copy. Woman #2 came over like a "bull" ready to charge at me. She went over to a second copier, which produced a very dark copies. Of course I could not use them. I politely said I will get copies someplace else. As I walked out they were mumbling words at me. To which I chose the higher ground and exited.

Had a great experience at my local UPS Store this morning. Ryan, the store manager, helped me find the least expensive packaging and shipping for an oddly shaped item I needed to mail cross country. He was helpful, kind, and took time to explain all the various options.

Ryan is my favorite part about coming into The UPS Store in Del Ray. He's so kind and resourceful. I cannot count the number of times I just sit things on the counter and say, "I need to send this stuff to 5 different places" and he makes it all happen like magic. Everything is painless and he's so professional. There is another young man (Marcus, maybe--I hope I didn't get it wrong) that is absolutely lovely too. There's a UPS closer to my home but I travel the additional 5 min because the customer service is better here.

Real talk, this UPS store is so top notch, that I literally drive here from DC to conduct business. This location allows you to email return labels directly them, and they print them out vs. paying a few dollars to use a 3rd party computer, print the label yourself and still have other random charges on top of the printing cost.
The associates are always on top of their duties, and the transactions are quick, not long winded like the majority of my shipping experiences. I just really appreciate this UPS store!!
