Love Jersey Mikes. Awesome! Now serving Udi's Gluten Free sub rolls. Delicious subs of every sort. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, upbeat enviorment and convenient location. Absolutely love this place, they never disappoint. Big plus for celiac customers is that they have been trained and maintain strict protocols for gluten free service.

I called them to place an order at 8:40 PM, they denied to take my order and I asked if I placed the order in person would I be able to pick it up and their response was we close the grill and shut the store 10 minutes ago, now if I’m not mistaking the hours of operation are open till 9 PM and this is not the first time they have denied me service, I just want to let everyone out there are no yeah that these people are not about customer service they’re about self convenience meaning they don’t care about the public nor the brand they just care that they’re looking to go home early so that tells me their food is probably poorly preserved and not well prepared, In other words I don’t recommend them they should just shut their business down and let another restaurant operate there because they’re wasting space and they’re giving jersey Mike’s a very bad name!!!! I highly recommend don’t waste your time going there you’re probably gonna be close and won’t serve you very very very poor customer service!!!

Got to the location at 8:49pm for a take out order and all the lights were off. When we went to the door it was locked, the individual mopping unlocked the door and informed us they were closed. We said we thought you were open until 9pm (which is what the sign in the window says their hours of operation are), the worker said “yeahh we’re closed”.

The service is horrible here. The workers told us tonight at 8:40pm that we couldn’t use cash because they were about to close. I will be calling corporate in the morning. The workers don’t have enough sense to know that people that work in customer service know they are doing that just to get off early.
