Starbucks

I went to this location, the staff was very rude, especially cloe, I felt like she was talking down to me and not seeing me as a customer. I asked for a simple sandwich egg and cheese on everything and she told me I had to pay for that as well as the muffin part. It was very rude how she talked to me ,She could have been nice about it and explained why. But the one who took my order, Dabi was very nice and helpful. I just would not recommend coming to this location.

Friendly, but inefficient. It's tough to tell if it's due a lack of manning, or simply that they could stand to work faster, but it took 12 minutes to wait for two drinks to be made, and two sandwiches to be microwaved, when there were only a couple customers there. They also managed to mess up one of the drinks, which by that point I didn't have any time left to see if they could figure out.

I gave them 3 stars for being sold out of items A LOT & not marking it sold out on the app. Kind of annoying to get over there & find out they don't have something I've ordered. Especially when there's another one basically across the street that I could have went to before work. & They're kinda slow & they get overwhelmed easily. I've waited 20 minutes before for a piece of lemon loaf because they forgot about me even though I was standing in their face. Customer Service suffers a bit. They can do better.
