Loved the setting, and the view. The bartender server was excellent, couldn't ask for better. The drink and the meal, salad with chicken were not what I expected. If I went again I would take time to ask specific questions about the food. The chicken was cut in tiney pieces and over dressed. I wasn't charged, be cause I couldn't eat it. I'm used to a sliced plain grilled chicken with sauce on the side or a light dressing.

Save yourself the time and go outside the hotel. I ordered the mac n cheese, which was quite literally the worst iteration of mac n cheese I've had. There was no cheese sauce. Just a cheesy water in the dish with crumbs of cheese and breadcrumbs that wouldn't stick to the noodles. It was off tasting and despite being hungry, I only had about five bites before deeming it inedible. I often eat in hotel bars and have a general idea of what standards to expect. This was really that bad. And that concoction took over thirty minutes to even show up, too. I'd also note my friend was also disappointed with the burger as well. He had a few bites and asked for it to be taken away. I don't like to write reviews, but this was just that bad I wish I'd payed attention and saved myself some money. For 7 dollars less and a microwave I could have had kraft which would have been gourmet in comparison.

Right. They have a new broom, a New chef and a great menu. Not to mention the local craft beer. I had a ratatouille sandwich which came with the best French fries. So glad I ignored the previous reviews. The head barman said that the previous reviews were deserved but the new owners have turned things around. I agree totally.

This is the worst place I have ever visited anywhere in the country. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited almoat an hour for our food. I needed a refill and the staff couldn't be bothered to come back and check on us while we waited. I got up to go to the bar to find the place was deserted. One of the servers came out, saw me at the bar, and disappeared into the back while I waited another ten minutes for someone to take my drink order since our waitress never came back to ask if we needed refills. My boyfriend ordered a plain burger. An hour later a burger came out that had everything on it. He picked the lettuce off and put it on top of his fries because there was nowhere else to put it. The second server GRABBES THE LETTUCE OFF HIS FRIES. Yes. He reached down AND GRABBED FOOD OFF HIS PLATE. I don't leave bad reviews, but this place is terrible. Do not come here.

A better run business would clearly post its hours outside and would close the doors when they are closed. Service was fine and food was fine the time we were the only ones in there. Popped in another night at 10:20 PM for a drink and appetizer. Doors wide open. There were about 14 other people in there having a grand time. Got ignored at our table for 10 minutes. Went to the bar. Got ignored and walked away from until I finally said excuse me. I asked what the procedure was for getting service, and the bartender said, "We close in ten minutes, so . . ." So what? You thought that was a good reason to act like we weren't there?! We took the hint and left. Note that hours are not posted at the door, printed in the room, or printed on the menus. And who closes at 10:40? I later checked Google My Business which said they close at 10PM. One, a good restaurant seats until they are closed, and poorly managed ones don't know tthat.Two, have the sense to post a closed sign or the decency to recognize other people.
