This is the worst experience I've had. Over yhe past few visits the service and quality of food has been HORRID. As you see below the quality, amount and ingredients are sub par.
I'm truly disappointed in Panera Bread.

This place needs new management every morning is a new disappointment. I ordered oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries, no blueberries after waiting 15 minutes for them to figure out that they didn't have blueberries. And when I got home to relax and enjoy my breakfast the oatmeal was drowning in water!

Worst Panera I have ever been too. I moved to the area about a year ago and tried this place three times and the experience just got worse with each visit. Sandwiches are always made sloppy, never acknowledge additions/substitutions. The manager who works there Sunday mornings is not helpful, my order was completely messed up and I was even missing items, it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to understand that I simply wanted another sandwich (not my money back in 3-5 business days). She finally begrudgingly agreed to make another sandwich. Never coming back here

Great staff. I especially like Ahmed, he is always bustin' with cleaning and he's helpful and just goes above and beyond. Also special shout out to Blanca and Rahwa, they always seem to do a bit extra as well! But everyone is nice and polite.
Food is good, service fast. Just an overall great place!

Ordered two Baja bowls and this is what we got! It’s not even half full! Would have given them “zero” star if I could! Very disappointing...

Nice location and not very busy at lunch time. I really enjoyed the option to next to the big windows as it was a nice fall day. Food was great but then again I was so hungry. Will definitely try this location again next time I am in the area.

Taking advantage of Panera's monthly coffee club, I stop pretty much every day on my way to work. Just order, scan my Panera card and away I go. Auto-billing set up, less than $10 a month. Where else can you get self serve coffee for that price? I doubt anywhere.

Poor management. My order was completely messed up and food cold. Manager never apologized said have a nice day and was borderline rude. Her name was kaelyn bracie or similar to that. She need lots of training.
