The specialty pizzas are great, and the food has been way better than the Pizza Hut in the same shopping area. They do however have signs up that say 5% off if you pay in cash. Don't believe them unless you want to make a scene about it. Normally I leave a 20% tip for takeout at a place like this, but the signs then not honoring them gets under my skin so they don't get any.

I ordered the steak & cheese...I could taste the veggies throughout the entire sub. A lot of steak but it didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked it. It needed more cheese, the bread fresher. I haven't been here in years...I'll be back for the pizza I remember the pizza being scrumptious let's see if it still is...I'm hopeful

Not sure why this place has <4 stars. Best pizza around, especially if you're talking NY style pizza (Tony's in Fairfax is close, but that's 30-40 mins away) Is it a little chaotic sometimes when they're busy, meh. I add five minutes to the time they quote for a takeout order and then have some of the best pizza around. For all the haters, enjoy Pizza Hut, it's next door.

Every time I come here the food and customer service is phenomenal! I brought my cousin from New York and she absolutely loved this place! The staff are all so hospitable and it feels like family coming here! 10/10

This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Their specialty slices are really good and the toppings are always amazing. I can be full for the day off two of these. Everyone who I have taken here loves it too.

Good pizza but take your anxiety meds before you get there. Disorganized and chaotic is the best way I can put it. Cramped area to order and no real area to wait without being in the way. I was quoted 20-25 min for two pizzas and bread...35 min later and three different people asking me what I had ordered and I finally had the goods. All-in-all, not a long wait for a Friday evening but frustrating when you see people placing new carry-out orders after you but leaving well before you.
Of course when I saw them put my order together I saw, the pizza had been sitting on top of the oven for 15 min getting cold...so something clearly fell apart in their process. Based on the number of people falling all over each other behind the counter, I'm not surprised. First time customer so hopefully it was just a one-off thing but dang, my heart rate is still coming down.
AFTER THE FACT:
Ok, so the pizza was amazing (even reheated left-overs were delicious). There's a bit of a kick to the sauce (love it) and the cheesy garlic bread is insanely good. If Johnny's was better organized this would have been a 5-star review.

Had it for the first time today. Very kind staff, great vibe, would highly recommend.
To the people who cannot figure out how to place an order maybe this will help. Wave at any number of the workers, tell them you'd like to place an order, point to the slices you want, they will heat it in the oven while you pay. Once you pay they hand you a box with the pizza in it. Complicated I know but trust me it's worth the complexity.

Best within a 20 minute drive. Good NY style pizza. They must use a press for the dough but its very consistent because of that. Large slices and affordable lunch specials.
