I ordered over the phone and they said it would be a 25 minute wait. I got there 25 minutes later and waited for an additional 20 minutes. While waiting, I saw a worker grab a chip with her bare hands from a huge batch of chips in the kitchen and eat it. Then I saw a receipt in a customer’s food. Disgusting. After waiting an additional 20 minutes just standing in the restaurant at the counter, there was no apology. Never coming here again.

Called in a pick up order. When I went in to pay, the waitress carelessly charged me another customers $50 order plus tip. Too busy gossiping with another coworker that she couldn't pay attention to the account she was closing. Despite the charge being voided, the charge is still on my bank statement which completely derailed what I needed to do for this weekend. The restaurant staff was dismissive and did nothing else to make a frustrating situation better. And now I have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to see it fall off my account or post so my bank can help me dispute. Your team needs to pay better attention when working with customers money or stay off the register.

Ate here twice. The first time the food and service were good. Waitress was attentive and quick. Second time, I ordered a chicken chimichanga and the waitress brought me a shrimp chimichanga. After letting her know, she was adamant that I ordered the shrimp and made no efforts to correct it. Only 3 small bites were taken and the rest was left on the table for the remainder of the meal. TLDR: Make sure the waitress repeats the order to you, so you don't order something that will make you sick and they will make you pay for it regardless.

Average at best. Beatdown looking building. I was warmly greeted and seated at approximately 6 p.m., I was the only one there and the dining area, though there was a couple seated at the small bar. The salsa for chips was homemade but the chips we're not fresh and almost seemed store bought. I had carne asada tacos and again they were average at best very small pieces of meat well overcooked. Would not visit again.
