The service at this chik fil a has fallen off badly every time I go all I get is fries and my fries are never fresh I work in the mall I work in the mall I don’t eat meat so it’s not much to choose from it’s upsetting to know that this chik fil a isn’t the best

The restaurant is clean and inviting. The employees are fast, courteous and friendly! My order has always been correct and the food taste PHENOMENAL!!! We are looking forward to the 2nd location in this side of Natchitoches!!

Went against my better judgment and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Sandwich wasn't hot enough to melt pepper jack cheese. They have a lot of work to do if they're trying to compete with Popeye's sandwich.

Phenomenal as always and that drive through its something you have to experience. Every once in a while theyiss an item but counting on the volume of orders is understandable. Great place to get your chicken needs👍🏽🥳.
