Moe's Southwest Grill

Overall a good visit. The food was good, but had to wait longer than normal due to coming up a fresh batch of onions and steak (the steak was surprisingly good). The drink machine was out of a few flavors as well. Still, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. We will go back.

The food is pretty good. My only real issue was the lack of meat or maybe lack of flavor in the meat. I was able to taste all the other ingredients but not the meat. The person who made my burrito just plopped a spoon of sour cream on one side and didn't bother to try to spread it. I feel it's too expensive unless you get a burrito and go on Monday when burritos are cheaper. I appreciate that you get a side of chips and salsa included but still not enough to justify the price.

Food is excellent, like always, but this Moe's seems to have a somewhat disjointed team. The last 3 times we've been in, there's only been a couple of people working the line, with 2 or 3 others in the back or walking around behind the people working, taking a longer time to get food prepped for customers. Even 1 more person on the line would make service more efficient and productive. Overall, still love Moe's!

Moe's is very popular. The store opened at 11 AM today and there was a long line waiting outside. The staff took care of everyone quickly and were very pleasant. Moe's has a good selection of Southwest fare and it is prepared quickly as you go down the line. It is much like an assembly line with lots of choices. You can eat in or take home with you. They will give you bag after bag of chips. My favorite is the "Joey Bag of Doughnuts". Think burrito on steroids! Moe's is highly recommended.

The staff was very rude! They did not even bother to ask what I would like on my nachos. They just stood and stared at me. A girl gave me a half scoop of chicken for a whole nacho plate. When my friends and I walked through the door they did not say “Welcome to Moe’s”. When my boyfriend asked for extras (that we were paying for) they gave him a dirty look...... at least the food tasted decent.
