Staff at this location will treat you like you're at MDC waiting to get some cafeteria food! They are rude, senseless, and don't answer questions. They skip on protein and food portions. You will definitely enjoy a $10 bowl of lettuce and cheese!! Avoid this location!!! And fire the staff! They are worthless! Maybe you could recommend the staff getting high after work instead!

The location wasn’t really clean. I made a pick up order.for 8:40. I got there at 8:50. I gave the lady my name and she made it seem like she didn’t see it. So I assumed it wasn’t ready. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, a young man ask me for my name and grabs my bag from the bottom shelf. A bag that had been sitting there the entire time! I get to my room and the food is cold, the tacos are sloppy and my order was incomplete. Very disappointed. I only give two because the man who helped and apologized.

Okay so the below post was a one time thing when they were learning the new machine... since then all orders at the coors location perfect. Though i still wish there was a better way than to put cold drinks on warm Burritos Chipotle has lost my vote. I love this place! So sad now that the quesadilla is on the menu it is horrible. This first one fell on the floor the second was smashed in two and crammed into the box. Would need a fork to eat it. They happily re-maid it but now its all tortilla, small amount of cheese, and a couple pieces of steak! Boo! If you are coming here for the quesadilla don't bother....

The last 2 times I have gotten a bowl, the rice is so undercooked that I had to throw away the whole thing. 13 bucks down the drain. What really suck is i always get double meat. I used to love it, now... not so much.

Second time they got my delivery order WRONG, not to mention the time a few months ago they put my order tag on a bag with someone else’s order in it. Tried to call restaurant and you just are taken to a useless automated system. Paid $14 for lettuce, beans, cheese and salsa. No guacamole, no sofritas as ordered and paid for. They got my kid’s order right at least.

I've definitely read some negative reviews here, but the three times I've been to this location, the staff was happy, the line moved fast, and the food was good. I can't ask for more.

Very kind and happy employees. Terrible portioning. I asked for double and the serving spoon was not even close to being full. If you’re hungry, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Chipotle is outstanding for a person with Celiacs disease. Their food is gluten free, except the tortilla and they happily change their gloves and all the spoons. The staff at this Location are amazing. Thank you Chipotle for allowing my kids to eat out again. ��
