Great little place. Been here for awhile. Greeted immediately and sat shortly after. Waitresses were on top of everything. Food came out hot and fast. Staff here makes you feel like a regular. Food was great along with sides. Will be coming back.
It was my first time stopping in this quaint cafe. It sits back from highway 314 directly across from the Los Lunas NM RailRunner station. Parking is tough because the place is always full. Even with that, we were seated quickly.
What can I say? It has great food (except I wasn't a fan of the coffee), large portions, and a wonderful waitstaff (they know many patrons by name). The cozy atmosphere with a row of vintage (but well-maintained) high-back booths made the experience!
One item to note-- It is cash only, so make sure you've got at least $25 per person to cover tips and food.
Really good food and the staff are all really nice and friendly. I'm definitely coming back here. Try the combination plate with green chili!
AJ’s has always been an amazing place to eat since I was a kid and to this day it still holds its same atmosphere and amazing food.

Atmosphere is great. It's a cash only and there only open until 1 or 2 pm food is good waitress have fun it's a good small town restaurant
Extraordinary freshly prepared New Mexican food, service and price. Ordinary, plain, just an average, little run down restaurant diner but the real New Mexican food you dream about when you have been away and the first place you go to when you return. Real cream with my coffee, carne adovada breakfast burrito as big as a football covered in red chile. Huevos Rancheros got their name here.
Best hole in the wall in Los Lunas. These ladies are down to earth and have no problem being real when needed. Cash only establishment but worth the stop at the ATM.
Customer service is great and they make you feel very welcome. Food was delicious as well.
Love, Love, Love this place! Food is amazing, staff is fun, sincere, and really care about their customers. Phenomenal, crazy, amazing place to spend your time and eat a great meal!
