Great place to stop by and grab a drink. Perfect location in Nob Hill. Store is very clean. Service was friendly.
We love their drinks and speed of service. The problem we have had several times is when ordering a fizzy drink we end up getting a smoothie blended drink. The drink as a smoothie is good but I prefer the fizzy version. Wish they could give attention to the details on the drink order. We don’t normally say something because we don’t want to waste a drink and we order pick-up usually on our way home from work.
Good boba tea, Americanized, but I'm ok with that. Lots of yummy flavor options like coffee, chocolate, fruity, taro, chai, thai tea, and matcha. I like their seasonal/specialty items too. It can sometimes be a little slow to get your drink during peak times, as there is sometimes a line of 4 or 5 people/groups. I don't recommend drinking it in-store because the blenders that they use to make some of the drinks are quite loud. The price point is pretty reasonable in my opinion, and their rewards system is definitely quite good for me as a relatively heavy user: for every $50 you spend you get $5 off, plus a $10 voucher on your birthday.
The boba tea is very good

Very quick service. Very clean place. A good place to hang out and I was overwhelmed by the variety of Boba available. Eventually ordered the lemon drop with boba and it was super good. Highly recommend.
This location is one of my favorites. They have a nice interior flow and it's nice place to take a break if you're taking a stroll downtown.
The Staff is friendly and they have a great store manager who is always hustling.

Got my taro boba tea and it is thick and ice cold and tastes clean and rich, not fake or powdery.
The store has clean tables, beautiful view of Nob Hill and foot traffic.
I went with two people and they also lived loved their drinks. One got green tea, it was clean and perfectly sweet. The other got a "princess" and it had bobas with gel inside, and they popped when you bite down, very crazy fun.
We saw people come in and were confused because there were a lot of option and it might be a lot to handle on first visit, but remember the staff was so helpful and never made me feel I had to rush or feel unsatisfied.
Even if you don't like the boba part, the drinks are fantastic and yummy. Great break from the summer heat.
Never been here before and my husband isn't the type for tea or different things of this sort. But we really enjoyed our drinks and the lady didn't hesitate to help us out. I do recommend this place.

They're the best location in Albuquerque! Every time me and my girlfriend go in, there isn't any wait. Customer service is really good, and the parking is great. Due to covid, they only let 3 people in at a time, just a heads up
