Often a long line at the drive thru, but usually moves pretty fast. Careful ordering with the mobile app late night, they have to restart their system at certain times, and they can’t access online orders during that time. Happened to me before and had to come back about a half hour later to get my order. Not the fault of the employees, just how it works. 99% of the time it’s quick and mistakes in my order are rare.

Al Hurricane Pavillion has undergone a fantastic remodeling! It's a great venue for events, with a playground area for the kids. Located in front of the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Center.

Way too many homeless begging for money or anything else you will give them. Mind you this is all while you order. Ridiculous! Great service from the workers tho and you never have to wait to long.

Ok, one time they messed up but they didn’t argue and they made it right. One time out of a ton. I wish other places only messed up one time! Lol this is a solid location. I assume management here must be good.

The black guy at the window is very nice he does a lot I always see him run back and forth getting all the frappes and the ice cream for the orders also he is the only one that doesn't charge for sauce only thing is he doesn't wear a mask and my grandma is very paranoid

This location went above and beyond to make up for a very minor issue with our order. We were treated really well! We had driven through to pick up a few burgers for three of us at the office and they had missed giving us one of the burgers; but, when we went back for the missing burger, they not only replaced it but also threw in a free order of fries and 2 free pies. We called the toll free number to let them know we appreciated such good customer relations and then they sent us two coupons for free items...plus...they sent our call to the local owner who also went ahead and sent us coupons for free items. None of that was necessary but that is just how awesome McDonald's policies are for us.

Would be nice to be able to use the parking spots when ordering off the app, but I guess the employees should be able to park there so you know, they don't have to walk food out to customers.. I mean... Right?

Very honestly, I do not eat fast food, sweets or other junk food, other than the fact I am vegetarian, pretty close to vegan. I was not there for myself. However, I went there to purchase a gift certificate for someone's birthday. The employees at that particular location of McDonald's were very nice, helpful & polite toward me. I appreciate manners!

Day crew drive through is just terrible. I don't think I've ever had my order correct during the day... I have had to go into the store to have things corrected every single time.
Night crew however, all seem to be professionals, and everything is always exemplary if I go after 10pm. Props to night crew!

Compared to its counterpart down the street. This one is at least reliable and actually maintains is opening and actually takes card! They are always fast with the orders and I’ve never had an issue with this location!

Went through the drive thru this visit... I ordered the 2 items for $5. I selected the 10pc chicken nuggets and a burger. I added an unsweetened iced tea. The food was good. It tasted freshly made. They did a good job about not adding cheese, what I requested....(sometimes it's overlooked at other drive thrus). My tea was strong enough to last to the bottom without getting weak. Would have given 5 stars, but the line and wait to order was long. Lot is small and you can't get out of the parking lot if you change your mind.

We love this specific location!! They are fast, organized, and friendly. I have never had a problem with them. We have been coming here 4 years now with my kids.

The fries were made fresh but did not have that much salt on them, hardly any salt. And the double cheese burgers I would recommend that you put three pickles instead of just two
