11-6-18. This was probably the best experience I've had at a Mac's ever! Wow, the manager (Martin N?)was awesome! Service was great. The restaurant was clean and despite a bit of a line, the order came out fast. If you eat inside, have someone get a seat while you order because this place gets busy and you might end up eating in your car. The green chile cheese burger is sooo good! You can sub more fries or an extra roll for your slaw. Just saying.

I came in for the first time today at 11:30 am and was treated amazing! Woman at the window is attentive and sweet, mentioned she was short staffed and thanked us for waiting - asked us to recheck our bag and make sure everything is there which actually is so thoughtful since most places are rushing to get you out of the drive thru as fast as possible. She got our order correct even though we ordered a ton to try everything, this food is seriously THE BEST i’ve had in NM in soo long, Taquitos are crunchy and flavorful, guacamole was amazing, steak fingers are fried and not soggy. Seriously made me have to write this review because i’m am so thoroughly impressed with my first visit here, making this now one of my favorite places to eat. Returned today, tried burger for the first time and was good, had a minor service quality issue, staff is very friendly, but i recieved a large fries 1/4 full, notified staff and the girl kindly agreed portion was unfair. Employee then notified cook and quickly returned with a half full bag of fries. Must be trying to save money, and understandable considering inflation, but its not fair to loyal customers when they get offensive portions. I love mac's and will still return.

Super friendly staff and awesome food. I have not had steak fingers and gravy in about 10 years since living in Texas. They were cooked perfectly and the white gravy was extremely tasty. Not only that I had some time to kill because my car was getting the windows tinted.. I asked if I could hang out for about 20 minutes and the lady I asked was so nice, she told me of course. Very clean restaurant, great food and wonderful staff. I can see why this place stays so busy. I will definitely be back. A+ in every way..

I love their Original Rough Dinner.
GREAT PRICE POINT. The steak fingers are tender and the batter is light and buttery. The gravy is smooth with a peppery bite to it. The dinner comes with fries but its a bit on the light side. I recommend buying a side of small fries to go with it. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Good food and friendly service. The Steak in the Rough #2 combo is what they're known for and it is delicious and filling. My order came out hot and fresh and pretty quick. Can't wait to come back and try their Green Chili Cheeseburger or one of the milkshakes.

Excellent! I am from Tucson Arizona and I was looking for a place to compare to or something similar to Lucky wishbone. Finally I found it! the steak in the rough meal is excellent and the service is outstanding! Love it! my favorite place in Albuquerque.

Lived in ABQ for 16 years and never tried it. NOW I wish I had. The Steak Fingers were great! Services was beyond good in the drive thru, Fast. Everything was good!

they changed their taquitos from meat in a crunchy crispy tortilla to beans in a soggy tortilla.. it was disgusting and a rip off, get rid of the beans and bring the meat back! We wont be back!

Took 20min to get our food.There was a hair in my fries.The Mgr was there and supervisor and didn’t bother to say nothing.Theres a tall girl that just rolled her eyes when I went up to complain.They need to get retrained in greeting their customers

Service was really bad! We were charged wrong, and our order was totally wrong! Onion rings were chewy and my double cheeseburger was about the size of a McDouble! Unfortunately we weren't the only ones tonight and we won't be back!

I have not been here in years, l ordered yesterday the service was courteous and very nice, it was lunch rush but it was fast. Original Macs was delicious and tasty just like before. Price was good all things go up so I'm not disappointed. I will be back.. Thank you Macs and your Staff!!

The food is good, I haven't tried anything I didn't like. I only give it a 4 because it literally takes forever to get your food. Don't come unless you have some time to spare, they're pretty busy and its not going to be out in 5 min.

Haven't been to Mac's in years, I ordered the #1 original, I liked it but it didn't taste liked it once did...good but not better. Would have been awesome if the original recipe was used. Limeade and green onion were tops! Plan on going back.
