This is a great place for some RAMEN!!! The Sushi is good, it’s not as good as a few other places we’ve tried. However I do really like the California rolls. The tempura double crunch is not what I expected, I’m no expert but it seemed like crushed pretzels. Not my jazz. But the shrimp was good. The sauce was barely there, so it was almost a dry bite. The spam ramen is incredible. We got medium heat the first time pictured here. Then we ordered a week later and I got the brisket this time and asked for extra spice on the side. The only strange part is having to go inside a brewery to the back where the kitchen doors are to ask for the food. We were able to call in our orders with the number on file.

I personally get the California roll with smoked salmon on top and eel sauce!
Dog friendly patio, online menus and ordering, they bring the food to where you are sitting.

I ordered the chicken potstickers and the spam Musubi. Those were a nice snack while I enjoyed my beer at Marble brewery. The sushi twist on the Musubi was nice being able to eat it in manageable bites instead of eating it as one big roll. The taste and everything reminded me being back on Maui.
The chicken potstickers were good too.
The QR code ordering from from your table is convenient. They brought it straight to my table with no issues. Definitely will order from here again.

One of my favorite sushi places. The New Mexico Roll, Tiger Roll and spam musabi are absolutely amazing. We tried this one night after getting back from Hawaii and keep going back!
Also- their online ordering was fast and easy. I was nervous about picking it up and having to go into Marble on a Friday night during the pandemic, but they have a door in the back that you can grab it from. Easy! Delicious!

I really enjoy ordering the "Chef's Surprise" sushi roll. He typically comes out to find out what kinds of things you like before he prepares the dish. Today, I simply said something very hot but tasty. He asked, "How hot?" I told him VERY. He smiled and left. A beautifully presented King Crab sushi dish was delivered with meat still in the halved legs atop another sushi roll. It definitely had plenty of heat but as any true heat afficionado will attest, the importance isn't just the heat but the underlying flavors that balance well with the heat. Chef did not fail to deliver! He then introduced me to 'Sarah," another patron and heat lover who hold the record for consuming the heat Level 5 Ramen Bowl. I now have something to look forward to yet again. Lastly, I enjoyed their new Japanese style Rice Lager they brewed for Meow Wolf, called Day Ghost.

Inside marble. Nice place for a first date. I got a level 1 spice bowl and it was great. Love the salmon. My date go a 911 spice level became decongested and couldn’t stop coughing or pooping haha. Would come again.

It was when I was leaving pizza 9 at Revel when I noticed some exciting and new . A FREAKING SUSI BAR Next to the bar. Thank you lord. Something new mixed with fun and excitement. I was given the run down of this new local by the OM Ken. Delightful and informative he was along with knowledgeable staffs. Tuna roll yum.

Food was good. Definitely 4 or 5 stars.I got the Hawaiian Poke Bowl and it was really good. Ohana hut is part of the taproom but there is no signage. I had to call to figure out where to go and how to order.

Just drove in from LA to meet with friends and came upon Marble Brewery. I wanted to check out the atmosphere and I was really hungry. I love sushi - and this is some of the best sushi I ever had even compared to NY and LA - two places I lived for a very long time. One of the owners. Ted, was circulating the room and taking orders. Definitely worth the money. The sushi is amazing and paired really well with the beer. The only thing was that I wanted more! Definitely coming back.

When my bf and I first came here we weren't really sure what to expect. The reviews were great but we'd never been to the taproom before and it was confusing finding the place. But the sushi was on point and the sauces were so good. They had a nice kick of spice and even though we ordered four rolls they were all out at once within a small amount of time. I'm not used to that. I cannot remember some of the names of the rolls we tried but the one with jalapeno and no rice was so weird and so freaking delicious. I stole more than my fair share from my boyfriends plate when he wasn't looking. It was that good. Also, it was really cool being able to order a beer from the taproom while enjoying sushi. The rita beer was the first beer I've ever actually enjoyed as it was very much like a cider and I hate the taste of most beer. I didn't think it would pair as nicely with my sushi but I was again very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming back. But word to the wise, it can be kinda loud so maybe not the best date location. But if you don't mind talking over the roar of a full room of families and friends alike, I highly recommend this place.

I love this place! Sushi is the best in town or anywhere. I’ve eaten a lot of sushi all over the USA! Chief Raul is always coming up with amazing new recipes! A few of my favorites are the Volcano Roll, New Mexico Roll and the Mango Roll! You have try just I promise you will will not regret!
