Best Sonic location in town! it’s clean, fast with good customer service! We really enjoy using the Sonic app and taking advantage of the daily deals. I highly recommend this location in particular because its a much nicer and safer place to enjoy a quick family meal!

All the employees are awesome. The only negative about this location is virtually none of their touch screens work properly. They're either completely turned off or they don't display correctly, making it almost impossible to pay with a card. This forces the car hop to make two trips. Really need to get this screens fixed for a better experience.

Update: 10/06/2023. The Carhop who brought me my Hot Fudge Sundae must have been new to the job, cuz that poor kid didn't know what to do with my Sundae or my card... But was friendly... đŸ˜†

The manager working this lunch time 11/26/22 was awesome. She came out to my car to help us with our order as the microphone was not working well. Her kindness and patience was a true blessing in this day where workers in a tough industry don't get treated very well. The car Hop who brought the food was super nice and also showed an above the normal kindness to us. We forget how hard these jobs are and these 2 should be praised. I wish I had their names. The management here is the best I have seen in any Sonic ever. Order was perfect and delivered super fast.

I will always be addicted to your blast but yesterday, I ordered a Oreo/butterfinger blast with extra of each. I got home and it was only on the top and it hardly had any cookies or Oreos, I ordered extra. I'll still come back but I hope you pay attention and make sure that you double my ingredients and spread it throughout. Thank you. Still a huge fan..was probably a off moment.

This place has gotten way better with management. I use the mobile app all the time and when I get there to pick up my order, it comes out quickly and without any issues with how I ordered my food. Everything is cooked well and taste very good.

Went through the drive thru and ordered $40 worth of food. Sandwiches were made wrong and had to go back around again. Gave the manager the bag of food and when she gave it back she only gave me the sandwiches. Had to wait in line again for the rest of my food. No apology either! Sat in drive thru for forty minutes before I finally got my food. Got home and floats were flat and food was cold.

Food was terrible, food was cold both times they tried to fix it and got sick because of it. Not to mention the was long!!! When we got our replacement cream slushes there was hardly any ice cream in it. Plus the person that brought us our food was rude!!! We will not be going back to this sonic!!!

I know it's mostly run by HS students, but teaching them how to give customer service says alot about the lack of management. Teach these young minds that taking pride in their job starts now and goes along way toward how they perform at future jobs. Sonic needs management that cares about the service they give and how they train these kids. This location lacks everything it needs to properly run a fast food business.
