The online system refused to submit an order I placed, and there was no reason sent in the email, and the local store did not have any answers either. The person on the phone was nice, and reminded me of a credit I had on my account, so bonus! Food was hot and good, but the driver insisted they were at my door when in reality they were two buildings away.

Every chain location is different but whoever made the large supreme hand tossed pizza today at 330 made it right and was one of the best pizza hut pizzas I've had in awhile. Keep doing that and I'll order again!

Someone hacked the order and placed it an hour after what we ordered. Mario was able to redo the order fresh for dinner. The reward points did not work but, that is ok. We loved the pizza and were able to add our 4 pack 20 ounce Pepsis. Thanks you. IT TASTES BETTER EVERY TIME!!!THANKS. I love the buttery garlic crust too.

We placed our order online several hours ahead to be delivered at 5:45, when I called at 6:00, they said they had too many orders and not enough drivers. We received our order at 6:27pm. The food was hot and very delicious.

Have ordered from this particular location anywhere from 3 to 5 times.. each time I have been extremely impressed with not only the service, but the food and times that the delivery drivers get to you especially in unfavorable weather conditions!! Probably the best Pizza Hut location in Albuquerque!!

Location right off San Mateo Blvd and I-25. No indoor dining, but a small sitting area to wait for your order. Very clean. Most of their business is delivery or take out. You can call your order in, but allow enough time ahead for busy periods. Excellent food for Pizza Hut. Excellent customer service. Will definitely visit this location again.

Finally recovering from a two day bout of food poisoning from this location. I notified the health department and they took a sample of the food and tested it. Of course, it was positive for the bacteria norovirus. Which is spread from fecal matter and unclean surfaces. That translates to...some employee used the restroom and didn't wash his/her hands and/or is unsanitary in the food prep area. I wasted $50...two other family members got sick as well. Please avoid this location.

Pizza was burnt! I called the location and was offered a $20 credit to cover the pizzas. The pizza cost more then $20. After arguing with the manager who said he could only give out $20 credits told me..... There you have a $25 credit for next time and after I thanked him he just hung up. NEXT TIME!.... Are they crazy, won't order from this place again. And I will contact the main office.
