Came back here today and Matthew was wonderful! He put up with my moody bf's never ending talking and attempted recruitment into our judo program, an indecisive kid, two younger ones that got a little loud, and the bf forgetting to decide what he wants. He took our zoo in with grace and a cheerful manner, and the other two that were there (I didn't get their names) also put up with our craziness. Thank you all so much!

Absolutely hands down the best Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. The folks working here are so nice! And the new coconut milk mint chocolate ice cream is awesome, too. Thanks, guys!

Went to pick up an order and the ice cream was too frozen. However there was a worker named Matthew who was sweet as a peach and we got the order adjusted and Matthew was very polite and delightful. They should be more ontop of their supplies but I was glad of their help all the same.

Yeah I have the salad bar and it was really good and wife had a ham and swiss on French would like my own toasted she enjoyed that my grandson had the Beefeater and it was very good the only problem is is that all your potato chip lately I've been really stale I know it's got to be humidity but it may be something you like to address

There is the smartest, quickest, and most amazing employee at this location! I really think that if the company has the sense god gave a 🍋, they would help this person get higher education and keep them as a long term employee. If this person is able to handle customers so adeptly, politely, and with such delightful banter at 17 they will go far in life. Dealing with the general public is hard. This person is a delight in any interaction. I know this because I go there often. Listen up Baskin-Robbins and help this employee max out their potential and this person may be ceo someday! This is my favorite location. They have the best staff and that's why I love it. They are so polite and helpful. They have the best cake options here with more selection and variety. Very clean.
