No complaints. Hot and fresh food. Friendly employees which in my opinion can be hard to be that friendly in a fast food job but regardless of that still smiled and was kind and patient

The boy that served/ helped us wore a "studded" neck cuff, & was very rude. I really don't think that's part of the agreed servire uniform, but he must have been having a bad day,, because he wasn't anything aboutcustomer service! Otherwise, the food was fine!

We showed up around 10:20 am. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and switch to the lunch menu. I really appreciated the fact that the staff accommodated our family in both types of meals for our family. Some of our kids wanted breakfast and we just waited a few minutes for lunch. Place was clean inside and we enjoyed our meals.

This location, as with most Wendy's, actually gets my order right. Food is fresh, hot and service is great at drive through. I don't usually go in. I've learned to avoid many Macdonalds locations because of order mistakes.

Convenient, close to UNM campus. Free WiFi. They have one of those freestyle Coke machines, so have fun and add some lime or raspberry flavor to your drink.
Update: the freestyle machine has been off the last couple times I've been here, but you can at least still get a refill if you ask at the counter.

Only thing is that TV advertises $5 biggie bag but it's $6. Other than that it was what you expect for Wendy's. Staff was nice and courteous.

Abraham is doing an excellent job! He got my order perfect and his customer service skills are amazing. I look forward to coming back. I really hope management appreciates the awesome worker they got in Abraham. I’d love to see him in a management role. You can tell he really cares about his job and his customers.

Updating my review to five stars because their lobby is open again, and my food is always fast accurate and delicious, even when I customize sandwiches. Be aware there is a 30 minute dine-in limit, and it IS enforced. The staff here is excellent.
