The food is hot, fresh, and it comes out extremely fast! If anything, this is the exact definition of fast food! I love Burger King every now and then, much better than the nasty excuse for a burger McDonald's sells. The number three large meal is the best! Vegan burger that tastes exactly like a regular burger!! 😋

It’s raining outside after walking here the lobby was closed two hours early. So we ate at the outside patio in the rain, while the manager sat just inside in the empty lobby watching us. they told us the lobby was close so they didn’t have to clean it. LAZY!!!!

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have been to in Albuquerque. Not only just Burger Kings, but out of all of them I've gone to. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is what you would expect. I recommend using the survey code on the receipt too. With purchase of S/M/L fries and fountain drink you get a Whopper or Original Chicken sandwich included.

Had to stop to use the restroom but they are locked to the public unless you purchase something. The guy at the counter was very nice, I bought an orange juice and he unlocked the door. The bathroom was clean so it was worth it. I guess they keep the doors locked due to the amount of homeless people in the area. My rating is on my bathroom experience only.

Burger King. Always better than McDonald's. Give all your workers a raise. Especially the young drive thru attendant. Even though she looked tired, she managed a smile and was great. I will definitely return because of her. Petite, nose ring and that million dollar smile. Give her some sort of bonus please?

I just want to make a huge shot out to Antoinette for being willing to go above and beyond to make me some iced coffee at a late hour when 4 other places I walked to were either closed or didn't have cups. She really went above and beyond for me and did not have to accommodate me like that.

Happy National Cheeseburger Day! I ordered twice; got here at the end of breakfast so I could order my $0.59 cent cheeseburger after 10:30 am. lol I had two (2) Croissant bacon/egg/cheeses & a lrg caramel frap. The order came quick and was good. The meal hot & the drink cold; as it should be. 10:30 am rolled around and I ordered my 59 cent cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks & a vanilla shake. A little piggy today. :-) lol These items came fast also. The store was mildly busy. The area clean and personnel polite.

They were super fast today and the food was excellent. Dining area was clean and bathrooms looked good. I wanted to do a return trips because of my review a few days ago. Probably just an off day last time. Today was excellent.

I left smiling one morning! This BK was my choice for breakfast, using coupons, almost all the mornings I needed that extra protein to fuel my days and workouts. I would order two croissants and hash browns, with a black coffee a lot of the times. One morning in particular, I had gone through the drive through after having a horrible time at my workplace and going into work to complete another shift. I wasn't really happy at all, but this lovely, soulful African American employee (it's so very bad that I don't know his name) gave me a well-timed compliment that gave me the confidence and encourage to do my job correctly and with a smile; he actually complimented my smile and that stuck with me. I'm so happy to have visited this BK while living here. I will never forget that experience so thank you, mystery employee. You are a person who has definitely restored my faith in humanity and general goodness in the world. 🌎 😊

Burgers were either over seasoned or burned, really salty. People hanging around looks like just to hang around, no other place to go. Place was dirty and unkept.

Horrible � bathrooms looked they haven't been cleaned in a week, drunk people asking to buy them food, a couple of drunk people started cussing in front of my 4 year old, half of everything offered on the fountain machine didn't work. Not a family friendly environment, not a place for kids, way too many drunk people

On july third unfirtunatley we were served a crispy chicken sandwi h with a bun bag platic tie in the sandwich. Im a 100 % disabled individual, gaged chocked and coffed it up. I was mortified and really let down by your organization. This was discuting and very dangerous.
