Incredible customer service!! Walked in close to closing time. Both young ladies working were friendly, didn't mind I came in so late. The sandwich was hands down the best pastrami sandwich in Albuquerque. Keep up the great experience, will be back soon!!!
Food is excellent. Every time I go the people are friendly. Pastrami Burger is awesome, as is everything else I’ve tried (Jumbo breakfast burrito with pastrami, Classic, Carne Tacos). I go every chance I can. I’m a regular at the Montgomery location, but I’m happy to have the closer Gibson location. Highly recommend
Best burgers in town hands down. fresh to death (literally) burgers,fries are delicious as well. Staff is very friendly always. I walk in and order to go, but I have ordered from the drive thru. Remember folks they are making everything right there so it may take a little longer but it's worth the wait trust me.
California Pastrami will fill your belly up with hot and fresh food. They serve the fat french fries that are so delicious! The Philly Cheese steaks are huge and hot from beginning to end. This is the place to go if you want hot food, served fresh, and made by a friendly staff. They come back to check on you and also clear your table. We have had other items and we have never been disappointed. Huge menu. Don't forget the desert! Great place just for some ice cream treats!
My girlfriend and i eat here at least once a week. The staff is always in an friendly and upbeat mood even when busy. We are always trying new menu items and haven't found one we didn't like. The carne asada tacos are the best I've had in a long time. I challenge you to find a better lunch spot in the area. But tacos are delicious at dinner time too..haha
Visited the Gibson location with my Pop on 3/6/18 at noon. There appeared to be only two staff members working, but they were both amazingly friendly and made us feel right at home. Pop ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich, based on staff recommendation, and I ordered a patty melt. We both ordered potato salad as our side. Pop's Philly was loaded with meat, cheese, peppers and onions, almost overwhelming the bread! An amazing looking sandwich that he reported tasted just as good. My patty melt seemed enormous and was cooked to perfection. Probably the juciest patty melt I've ever had. The potato salad was surprisingly good for a sandwich shop, and they don't skimp on the amount they serve. This place is a little pricey, but was totally worth it for the great food and service. Highly recommended!
This place is the best. The food is some of the best you will find in town. the place is always clean the staff are friendly, professional and cheerful. Great place, great staff and great food! what more can ask for. Awesome!
California Pastrami on the west side of Albuquerque is awesome! The service is outstanding but the food is amazing! Our favorites are the fish tacos, carne asada tacos, and of course their pastrami sandwich... Huge portions and quality food. You will NOT be dissappointed!
California Pastrami is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always absolutely delicious, the friendly service is wonderful, the staff takes great care in serving the food as quickly as possible, the restaurants are always clean, accuracy is an important part, and the prices are very good!
The food is good and definitely different. They are not particularly fast, but the staff is courteous. Sometimes they do seem understaffed and I have seen the owner working the kitchen to help speed things up.
