This little hidden gem is absolutely amazing, the food was perfect and incredible, the portions were a good size! This place is definitely worth checking out!

Chopstix is so great. The quality is reliably high, and I love that when you order their vegetable dishes, you aren't getting a little bit of what you ordered plus filler vegetables like carrot, onion, and bell pepper. Case in point: the eggplant in garlic sauce is just ALL EGGPLANT. So many wonderful vegetarian options, too. I love this place, and dining in to order the "special dishes" on the wall is a treat.

Silly name; great traditional Chinese fare. They have the gringo standard items, but honestly, their whole menu is the secret menu. Seeing photos online of their Egg Fu Yong with a sauce that I prefer, sold us on a lunch visit. Of course my lunch was delicious, but my buddy's Broccoli Beef lunch special was excellent, as well. And for $8.95 w/choice of soup it had me shaking my head. Those are 2016-2020 prices, that we do not see anymore where I'm from in Washington State. The ladies in the FOH did a nice job taking care of a very busy dining area. Glad these guys are doing well...

A true blessing for this city. The food was absolutely fantastic. Packed with flavor and piled onto the plates, every dish we ordered was finger licking good. The service was wonderful, everyone was attentive and kind especially to my three year old. Finally, an authentic Chinese restaurant I can visit regularly.
The prices were fair and I couldn't find fault in the quality. As I walked to the bathroom I passed the kitchen and saw mounds of fresh, healthy produce being prepared as well as a gentleman filling and making dumplings by hand. No frozen veggies or frozen dumplings here for sure. Will definitely be coming back and I will make sure to suggest this restaurant to everyone I know. I wish they had a spot on Coors closer to Rio Rancho. But as it stands, it's worth driving 20-30 min to have my taste buds pampered. Stay awesome Chopstix family!

The food was absolutely delicious!! We had the Tao's chicken, Sesame chicken, and potstickers. Even my picky kid that doesn't like most foods ate the Lo Mein, Rice, and Egg Drop soup! So much delicious food for a good price!

I’ve been ordering delivery or take out from this restaurant almost every week for a few months now, and it’s great! I’ve tried several dishes, all very good. The soups are tasty, and everything tastes fresh and has lots of flavor. Most of the negative reviews seem to be about the unfriendliness of staff, but I don’t see it. I’ve always been welcomed and promptly acknowledged.
