Gen manager was a bit rude. Back cashier was excellent. They gave us some one elses order after my wife took a bite of burger we noticed and gave it back. Then they wanted to switch orders with another customer although my wife took a bite of it. Very wrong situation occurred.

I don't know how 2 people could move so fast and maintain a clean restaurant but they did it. They are hiring. I feel terrible to see them so over worked but with the smile on their face and the customer service, you wouldn't think they are too busy. I never seen someone's hands move so fast! We had to wait longer than usual fast food time so the opening shift manager gave us 2 delicious cookies for our patience. I have a Carl's Jr closer to my home but I will come down 528 just to support.

Ordered the primeval breakfast burrito and it was a novel twist on the normal breakfast burrito. Meat was tender and tasty while the sauce was a sweet and tangy. Motivation to make it over before the stop serving breakfast to have it again before it get phased out. Ordered to eat inside, where it was empty. Food wait was normal for not everything sitting in a warmer, about 7 or 8 minutes total, but worth it to not get something that's been made in advance and just waiting for someone to order it. Cashier was super nice too.

I'm gluten intolerant and it's difficult to enjoy a burger without getting a lettuce wrap and they always do this right. It's always hot and fresh if I go during the day, the evening and night can be a little sus at times, but overall I love their food. Great job.
