Review The Farmacy - Albuquerque

I ordered to-go. The waffle was absolutely tasty, but the eggs and basic were basic (just regularly). I also spent $23 on this food, on which I did not feel it was worth that price.

This is a fantastic brunch spot. They've got both outdoor and indoor seating, but we opted for outdoor this time around. We tried the Old Fashioned and the Lemmy. Both were fantastic! The waffle was light, airy, and slightly crisp, which held up with all the other ingredients added to it. Can't wait to go back again!

A solid brunch spot. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our subs. The food was enjoyable and the lattes were great. Fast service and a little crowded but it’s to be expected in a small restaurant.

Food was great as with the service. Little different than a regular eggs and bacon place. Had an egg sandwich with potatoes and grits. Flavor was outstanding!!! Not an egg McMuffin by any means. Should I come back to New Mexico, I will stop by here again!!!!

Food was very yummy! We loved that the green chile was baked into the items (ie biscuits), and it still tasted so yummy! Mimosas were yummy, but pretty typical. It was PACKED, but service was still good and quick. Pretty typical/average prices for café/diner.

The food and coffee were fantastic. My wife said her sandwich was the best sandwich she ever had in her life.

Small but mighty, this place offers a nice mix of savory and sweet breakfast fare. The coffee was hot and plentiful. I had the biscuit and gravy and it was excellent, with green chilies for a nice local flavor.

Evelyn is not only sweet but professional and courteous as well. Perfect demeanor and just a joy overall! Food was fabulous! Check out the ever popular breakfast tacos (red chile) and the Croque Maiden! 🤘🏼 They will tantalize your tastebuds! Request Evelyn and return often! The bloody Mary and peach Bellini are to die for! Drink up! 🥂

Amazing brunch! The quality you get for the price you pay is awesome. The food itself was fantastic. For brunch time, the area seemed to be pretty safe, and up and coming too! Just be mindful and try to make a reservation or come earlier as it does seem to get pretty busy the later it is. It’s also all street parking, so be mindful of that too. Cute ambiance on the inside though, with nice outdoor seating too! Definitely recommend and would come back.

I will definitely be back! This place was awesome. I had their house punch (hibiscus, lime, and grapefruit with a side of simple syrup if it's too tart for your palate--I thought it was perfect as-is though!) and a waffle that had brie and berries on it. My friend had a cappuccino (they do the pour art in the milk foam for cappuccinos and lattes!) and the biscuits and gravy. Absolutely heavenly breakfast. Our server, Jasmine, was very nice. She was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being overbearing. We went on a Saturday morning for breakfast around 10am and it wasn't busy at all.

Pretty new here to NM and IMO good food is hard to find being a southern girl lol but this place right here is amazing. Small cute aesthetic place for pictures if a content creator is reading this lol. The food was so pretty and tasted even better. Wait was like 5 minutes if that for us to be seated. They have a really cute patio outside with red tents and wooden tables. Our waitress Jasmine was really top tier and amazing, she kept a smile ALWAYS and was super attentive, didn’t rush us to order or to pay once we were done eating - just awesome all around. I even asked if they had chocolate milk before never looking at the drink options and she made it happen which I wish I could give an extra star for lol. Food was amazing. Bacon wasn’t too hard or too undone, it was seriously done just right. Waffle had crispy edges and fluffy and tasty. The way they stack the ingredients on these waffles is beautiful and it’s quick to get soggy and as much as I don’t like anything to get soggy I would seriously eat this just done or soggy lol. Tried veggie sausage for the first time that made me wanna turn vegan lol and eggs and grits were really good. My only complaint would be that New Mexico as a whole needs to stop just putting green Chile on everything (some places will tell you there’s green Chile IN YOUR ITEM, some places won’t and it’s annoying lol) there’s green Chile in the grits which is new for me but I didn’t prefer being that it was a kick I wasn’t expecting in something savory but potatoes, eggs, atmosphere, staff TOP TIER! I would go to this place again and again and again! Came here for my birthday and I’m so so so so grateful we my family and friends and I came.

Pshhh. Damn that was GOOD. Pork belly grits, Daisy duke waffle and biscuits and gravy. Got a small OJ wish I would have gotten a large. Had a few cups of coffee. Very good. Putting into my brunch rotation and can’t believe I haven’t eaten here before.

This quickly became one of my favorite spots to go to to treat myself, I usually get the 'Not McMuffin' and for the food I get, along with a refillable coffee and a house punch, and a 15% tip came out to under $20 💞 I will always recommend this place and it's food and impeccable service!

The Farmacy is a nice place with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious as well as the matcha. The staff was very friendly.

The recommendation I received to try this place may have over-sold it, or maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Don't get me wrong, this place is good, but I just wasn't blown away. The service was good, but nothing really stood out as being overwhelmingly positive. To be fair, I was just dining by myself, so there's only so much the server could do. It's not like I was expecting a song and dance. But I would say it was beyond adequate. The server was nice, friendly, and prompt. In terms of the food, it was good, but nothing that blew my wig back. I got the Migas for breakfast, which, when you boil it down, was really just some scrambled eggs with tasty ingredients mixed in. Again, it wasn't bad by any means. It was just rather...ordinary. Would I dine here again? Absolutely. But I'll likely order something different or come for dinner. Both the service and the food were above average, but maybe I'm just assessing this place based on my expectations from the recommendation I got, rather than on reality

The Farmacy really surprised us with its unique menu items. I got the French underground and my friend got the Lemmy. We were blown away by how good these unique food combinations were. The Brie cheese surprisingly paired well with the berry compote and waffle. The lattes were exceptional as well. Definitely give this place a try and trust that each item on the menu will pleasantly surprise you.

We really enjoyed the food and we drove quite a distance to try it out, but the loud and hard music put a damper on our experience. Considering the older crowd in the small dining area, we were a little surprised at the music choice and volume. The thing is, we love music... we even love it loud and proud, but in such a small space when you are trying to enjoy the food and the new experience, the music really took away from the enjoyment. Unfortunate.

It's great to see a independent coffee shop on the corner. Just what Wells Park needed! The service, food and coffee are the best. I highly recommend stopping in for a coffee, breakfast or lunch.

Oh Hell Yes The Dutch have a word, gezellig, which has no direct translation but describes The Farmacy perfectly. It is an elusive combination of a cozy, warm, fun, friendly, and intimate. With excellent coffee from the world famous Coava out of Portland and insane specialities like their Duke City Biscuit & Gravy with green chile and cheese baked right into the biscuits The Farmacy got a permanent spot on my regular itinerary of brunch locations after the very first visit. The Dutch have another expression which even better encapsulates my opinion of this spot tucked away on Mountain in the Sawmill District. "Alsof er een engeltje over je tong piest". I'll let you Google that one on your own ;)

We just visited this place for the first time and we will definitely be back! We had a cappuccino and a latte which were both excellent, and to eat we had the El Diablo and the Velvet Elvis which were both stunningly good. I highly recommend this place!

Jacob is charming and seems to have everything it takes to make a business successful. That has always been such a charming building in my little neighborhood and all it needed to somebody like Jacob and the Farmacy's great food and vibe! I will be a regular customer especially when it's patio weather!

Thank you, Farmacy, for a delicious brunch. El diablo + Reuben = yum! And the great mocha didn't hurt either. Worth the trip down from Santa Fe.
