The first time we went, I had a bad experience. We decided to give it a second chance and we were glad we did. Our server Eldon was amazing. He was extremely attentive and knew his menu and liquor menu. We will be back.

This is a Premier restaurant! The food is outstanding. Views of the city are great. Executive Chef Marc Q has really elevated the standard of excellent food! If you live in Albuquerque, or visiting Albuquerque, it is a MUST that you visit this establishment!! Whether it’s a brunch, dinner date, or just need a cocktail, this is the place to be!

Level5 is on a whole new Level! (See what I did there?) And now with Chef Marc it has gone catastrophic! Atmosphere, service, food all on point! Derek was our server and he was awesome! Even sang a Mariah Carey song for us! Butterfly! Made us laugh! The food was so good! Sea Bass was cooked to perfection, and the risotto was so creamy and also cooked to perfection! The wine list is beautiful as well! Our new place for dinner and to show off to all our friends and family!

Now our favorite restaurant for special celebrations and welcoming guests. Holiday menu was superb, NY strip roast, sous vide guinea hen and duck ravioli. We will keep coming back for the sea bass and porkchop. Everything from the bar is always spot on. Best sunset view if you can make a reservation at the right time of the year. Chef Marc was there on Christmas day to greet everyone. Simply the best place on town, any day of the year

Excellent fine dining experience and menu! Chef Marc is incredible with his choice of dishes. Each one is curated for the season and cooked with his signature flare. The rooftop just adds another level to the experience. The openness of the outdoors pairs perfectly with the Albuquerque style and vibe. I mentioned fine dining, however as an Albuquerque establishment, there is a welcoming sense of Abq style and it embraces Abq residence without a stuffy “fine dining” feel. We celebrated a birthday with a large party of 14 people and they laid out the red carpet for us. Staff brought out an array of starting dishes which were tasteful and light in preparation for our main courses. All the cocktails looked and tasted amazing from the bar. I sampled the Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini. However, I had a simple beer to be paired with my Pollo con Papas.

This restaurant is fabulous. Was there for Thanksgiving with my sister and my daughter. It was truly one of the most memorable Thanksgiving I have ever had. The food was exquisite, the staff friendly and attentive, the view was fabulous. After a wonderful dinner we took our drinks and sat in the terrace for quite awhile and warmed ourselves by the fire pit. The ambiance was marvelous!

Level 5 was breathtaking. They had the best view, food and drinks in Albuquerque and the bartender Gillian was to die for! Chef Marc was amazing and consistently came to check on my party! Thank you hotel Chaco for taking such great care of our family!

If you’re in Albuquerque, do yourself a favor and enjoy an evening at Level 5 at Hotel Chaco. Ask for Olivia’s section and start with some sage smoked margaritas. After appreciating the rooftop views, move inside and start with the fried blue-point oysters. We then had the Chilean Sea Bass and the lamb t-bones. Chef Marc’s presentations are exceeded only by the taste of his gourmet meals. You’re getting LA/Chicago/NY quality at Albuquerque prices- it’s awesome!

It was amazing!! I made reservations for my boyfriends birthday and it was to dine outside but unfortunately it had to be a rainy day, we arrived and I hadn’t checked my phone they called me to cancel my reservation due to weather conditions, I started to worry we’d have to go elsewhere but they got us a table inside and treated us really good servers made suggestions and we left completely satisfied though I would have love to have been seated outside the food and service was worth settling for indoor dining. Will definitely return!

We are Mark Quinones "groupies". Loved his plates at Mas in the Hotel Andaluz. When we saw that he'd moved to Hotel Chaco's Level 5, east choice for Christmas dinner. The dining room is small so we had to wait for our table. No problem, have a drink at the bar. Way too long a wait to be served. Drinks were delicious. When seated, again, watched wandering staff. When our server came to the table she was very nice but for the price of the special holiday menu, service was pretty ho-hum. There were 2 app choices, 3 main choices, and 2 dessert choices. The apps were so so, good but not great. The 3 mains were okay but no seafood choice. That's something we like to eat when we done out. Easier for a restaurant to do than at home. Again lovely presentation but not exciting except for the tempura prepared asparagus. Wowser! Dessert was the ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Eggnog tres leches cake. Fabulous. Or 3 chocolate cake, white, milk and dark chocolate layers. More like mousse than a flour cake. Oh my! As a decoration for the plate, toasted meringues. Could have wiped out even more than served. We checked out the regular menu and we could do those apps and drinks and be super satisfied. We will give it another try.
