I'm not pleased with the new service approach this business decided to employ, and so I've decided to boost the star rating. Curious? Read on. * An explanation of their old business model: It was the only shop in town that charged by froyo cup size, rather than weight. You picked the cup, and filled it to your heart's content, and you paid a set (super affordable) price. No weighing involved. Last week I visited with my kiddo, totally revamped system. Now, hands off. You can sample the goods (the best aspect of all froyo businesses) but you can't touch the merchandise. Now, an employee fills your cup. It's the Subway/Chipotle of froyo. Choose your frozen yogurt, toppings, they'll put it together, overall, it's a totally different experience. So naturally my inner monologue said "They're totally cutting costs. I bet they won't admit it." Before I could ask, the woman pouring our cups said, "We're doing this for two reasons. First, sanitary. Second, product loss. A lot of the toppings drop under the pans." A) Great answer, honest, understandable. B) We ordered two tasty medium-sized cups of froyo with tons of toppings and the bill rang out at about $10. And addendum: The same employee took an order from a hearing-impaired person, while our cups were prepared. Sign language. She wasn't the owner. She nailed the order. This place hires solid employees that tell it like it is, signing and all.

Best price for frozen yogurt buffet! Pay by the cup size not by weight. Super friendly staff. Rewards program. Great coffee and tea selection, served with a free piece of delicious cheesecake. Kid friendly environment with a play area and amazing changing table in the bathroom. My family loves enjoying frozen yogurt here in the middle of old town!

The yogurt is very delicious, they have plenty of toppings, and they serve hot chocolate with an amazing assortment of additions on the night of the annual tree lighting. The location is clean, well furnished, the staff is friendly and their prices are great. I don't know, though, I miss the charm of the old ice cream place that used to be in this location.

What a great place, with a great staff! The yogurt is delicious and you get to add all the toppings you like without weight being an issue at checkout. They also provide coffee which is made with a french press, it is absolutely amazing. The cherry on top is the lovely staff. Thank you for a great time.

Adore this place! Right in the heart of Old Town. The frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is so cozy and quaint. The employees are incredibly friendly. They even gave my child a free balloon! We will absolutely be back!

Great coffee - it's not very often you find a place that will make french press coffee and bring the press out to your table. The inside is open and airy, and makes for a comfortable place to rest your feet after walking around the shops all morning. I got a coffee, and my buddy's kids got yogurt, so everyone was happy.

One price yogurt! Non of that pay by the ounce nonsense! Plus their yogurt is delicious and their toppings come in quite a variety and are quite fresh. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Worth stopping by. Update: 5/8/2018 Yay yogurt is sadly closed. We enjoyed them while they were in business. I hope you had a chance to try them while they were around. Thanks Yay yogurt for a lovely business!

Great Yogurt and Friendly Service in a large space with your choice of comfortable leather couches to enjoy the yogurt with friends or traditional tables and chairs. Self-serve, but flat rates upon the size of the cup vs. based upon weight makes it simpler and with the tax comes out to an even dollar amount. Innovative approach! Very helpful and friendly service. We regularly frequent frozen yogurt places and if we lived here in Albuquerque, this is one we'd visit to regularly. I am going again tonight before I leave back to home tomorrow.

This place has AMAZING VALUE AND QUALITY!! I just left a disappointing dinner at Hacienda Del Rio (it was a worse experience than finding out that your just cat died) and this place totally made our night. Fresh cut fruit, lots of flavors and topping choices and best of all, they don't charge by the ounce! Can't wait to come back again.

Really used to adore this place until they changed it to into a subway style non self serve. It ruined the vibe for me. I'm picky I can't get the right proportion of yogurt, fruit and other toppings. If you don't mind that they still have great prices.
