If I had to choose a last meal before dying it would be a Ruben from Bocadillos in NM. This place should be nation wide. The food was great the ladies inside cooking were friendly not to mention pretty! If Bocadillos had a location in Dallas I’d eat there everyday. Great job ladies!

Very friendly good service, and one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while.

AMAZING FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFFS! We ordered the Cubano Sandwich and Road runner burrito both with pork meat and green chili. It was so delicious!
Maria prepared our delicious food! I am definitely coming again and recommending my family friends to try this local restaurant! While writing this my stomach is full, but I still want more😀

BEST French dip sandwich I’ve EVER had! The chipotle potato salad was excellent! Will definitely be back to try another selection very soon! Seeing the chef was on the Food Network, I had high expectations, and I was NOT let down..in fact it surpassed them! Sorry about the picture, but the sandwich got woofed down..onions and all!👍🏻

I’ve been here a few times, but was led here once again by a Food & Wine article that named the Reuben the best sandwich in all of New Mexico. Obviously, I had to do some fact checking on this. If you’re a big fan of Reubens, then this is the sandwich for you. The corned beef is great. The kraut is good, though a bit sweet which was unexpected. I personally prefer the 505 Filthy. Regardless of what you think the best sandwich at Bocadillo’s is, it’s probably going to beat out any sandwich elsewhere.
My only complaint is the hours. Though they make sense for the location, it makes it hard to eat here if you don’t work downtown.
Update: I’ve since gone back and had the T&A (turkey and avocado with an apple chutney) and it is fantastic. Get it. You won’t regret it.

Delicious. My bro and I tried the roadrunner breakfast burritos with green sauce. I got the slow roasted beef and he got the corned beef. Both were excellent. If I lived here, I'd come back 🌯🌯

DELICIOUS! I originally saw Slow Roasted Bocadillos on the food network and wanted to come by if I was ever in Albuquerque. It did not disappoint! Although I’m usually a Ruben or burger gal, I am finishing up a vacation and was wanting some chicken. The smells coming from this sandwich were ridiculous. The sandwich was fresh and I loved the flavor of the chipotle mayo. The bread was really good too, soft but didn’t fall apart. The chef and the employees are very kind.
The stand is in the bottom of the Wells Fargo building. If you are coming through the main doors facing the convention center, third left in front of the bank doors.

Well, I live downtown--but was willing to travel across the Duke City to find the best Ruben sandwich. Luckily, my research led me here...and it's centrally located. It's walk-up right now and located inside the Wells Fargo bank building, but I had no problem finding parking or figuring out what I wanted.
Here's the thing though, I also love Cuban sandwiches. They have a Ruben, a Cuban, and then a hybrid sandwich named "The Cuban Named Ruben". This is what I had. And will have again and again until I get diabetes. It is off the charts good!
Perfectly buttered and grilled toast start the indulgence--then, that slow roasted corned beef and pork, bacon, red onion, and house made kraut. Oh, and the pickles, some kind of sweet chili sauce and their rendering of a chipotle 1000 dressing, finished with melted asadero and muenster cheese.
This sandwich was no joke. I'm fatter for having known you!
Give this place a hard "buy".
