Arby's

They always make you wait before taking your order in the drive thru. I'm not stupid. It's because they are trying to keep their thru times down. Of course it works when literally everyone waits to order. Tonight I asked for salt and the girl gave me 2 pacs. When I asked the guy working for additional salt she told him that she gave me salt. Ok rude girl, you did, but not enough. And had you not been rushing me out of the drive thru I'd have asked you for more. The roast beef and fries were both not even warm. Never again. Somebody needs to fix this Arby's location real quick.

I’m very disappointed in the night staff at this store. We kindly told them we only ordered 3 drinks gave us 5 we told no we only ordered 3. Took the drinks and slammed them down and then gave us back 4. The person in drive though was very rude about it. Didn’t give straws for drinks and all kids meals we’re messed up! We ordered 7 chicken nugget meals and curly frys apple juice! The fry’s were cold! The double roast beef no Arby’s sauce had over over load of cheese. Forgot 3 kid apple juices. Tried talking to the shift manager that was their and we got well I will talk normal manager tomorrow you don’t need the call the store!! We even yelled thank you and got a thumbs up! I will never bring my business their again!!! I want my money back if normal manager won’t guess we will go to corporate! Beyond rude disrespectful employees!!
