Dairy Queen

So I usually don’t leave reviews. The service here hasn’t been good for years. Today I ordered a banana shake. I looked in the window, and the employee was cutting the banana up, and put it in the shake. She wasn’t wearing gloves. I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves. She also had long bangs hanging down that might easily get into the food…. Do better DQ.

Told them I wanted a Twist cone got to the window and was handed a cookie dough blizzard. The girl said they were out of chocolate ice cream… okay then why didn’t you say that when I ordered or ask me if there was something else I’d want? They had already swiped my card before I had a chance to realize what they did. Too top it off the blizzard was more cookie dough than it was ice cream..

Started with a drive thru speaker which you can't hear. Next, most of the menu items were unavailable. The ice creams came out fast, but waited 15 minutes at the window for food. The chicken tenders were not normal DQ fare, and were discusting (the texture of chicken nuggets and not much larger). The cheeseburger had been under heat lamps for hours or days (visit was at noon) and had no condiments at all, just dry dry dry. My child's kids meal burger had only mustard on it so she wouldn't eat it. Absolutely terrible place. Avoid at all costs.

Took my kids waited in Drive thru for an hour because they must have not realized there were people or their ice cream ran out and needed changed. I ordered a small cone and got a baby size cone asked for them to at least give me a decent cone with more than a small and I mean small amt of ice cream and the guy was rude and asked if I wanted it or not. I said I want what II paid for. FYI I am a former DQ worker and know what a small cone should look like. Anyway the entire team was a mess yelling and messing up. I got my cone it had to be made 3 times cuz the ice cream was soft and the rest of my order was poorly made. I don't know if this was their first day with an all new crew but it was the worst service I have ever experienced from a DQ sad really.

I have to say that the ice cream is good but it takes an extremely long time to get your order.. I understand that help is hard to come by but it took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my ice cream cone.. and the dining room isn't open so if you want DQ you will have to wait.. I won't be taking my family back until something is done about the wait or at least more help is hired..
