The staff is rude. Ordered two cheeseburgers only pickle, cashier didn't even enter it and he asked TWICE what I wanted on it and still didn't ring it in right. Burgers were dry. Food was cold because the woman who called out my order number called the numbers backwards. When asked if she was sure it wasn't my number she said no and put it back on the counter. Another person called out my order and it was the same bag the other woman had put back. I understand everyone is shorthanded but they still need to good customer service.

Worst experience at McDonald's ever! First the woman was leaning on counter unprofessional! Then she didn't ring up order right! Forgot our fries and our chicken nuggets were cooked too long! So dry!! Horrible customer service! Very disappointed 😞

Came late night after being on the road -forever-. Food was fast, got my sundae topping wrong. Let me keep it and made a new one for me. Little tabletop area for plugging in, too. Polite cashiers.

Service is very slow. In drive thru waited about 20 minutes. I was expecting fresh hot fries as I thought that was what the long wait was for. Nope cold stale fries and burger was dry as well. Not going there again.

McDonald's burgers were black, burnt. Everyone on our bus had the dried out burnt burgers. No time to have them make fresh ones. Two did take theirs back and the replaced burgers were the same garbage!

Staff super rude, not friendly at all this morning, we went through the drive thru first and no answer after we waited a few minutes... then we went inside to order with an older lady at reqister not friendly at all not smiling, stating there were only 2 of them when we asked if the drive through was open...and we were the only customers...WOW!

It's not busy, take some time to clean up... mc donalds needs to train their cashier with their new app features as well. The app is good and I like it but I've been to only 1 mc donalds that actually knows how it works. It didn't change much from the old one...
