Ordered catering for 50 people for Saturday lunch to be delivered to a local hotel for a hockey tourney. Ordered on Tuesday. Paid in full plus 20% tip. Come noon on Saturday and there’s no food, a hungry hockey team (and parents) with a game at 2 and no time for plan b. Waited 30 minutes. Called several times with no answer. Drove there. Store was closed. The manager calls me at 3 pm and says (you can’t make this up) “the guy who was supposed to open the store didn’t show up. I’ll refund you in full”. So you mean to tell me that one guy was going to make 50 lunches AND deliver them during lunch time? Who would be in the store? You had no other staff or plans to go in yourself and handle this large order? With a week to prepare? Not only was this a huge embarrassment, but inconvenience! I didn’t receive an apology, an offer to provide us dinner, not even a free meal. Boo to you!

Don’t waste your money here. You’ll likely resent your experience after your first visit if you are looking for a real sandwich to fill you up. You won’t find that here. Instead the sandwiches are small and the price high. I’ve seen the owner there once and was rude and cold towards his customers. I’d rather give my money to subway and I haven’t eaten there in years. Hoping jersey mikes comes to town soon!

They ran out of cheese and then provolone cheese and the only reason they ran out cuz they didn't have somebody to cut some up and the the meal was all messed up they didn't put avocado on like they're supposed to when my wife said something to her she said there and argued with my wife saying she put it on there we will never eat there again.

I unfortunately don’t know who was working drive thru, but they were so sweet! I ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheese soup and they said to give them just a minute because they wanted to make sure the soup was up to temp. I have a vast history in food service and hearing that made me so happy that they wanted to make sure it was hot and safe to eat. Thank you so much that honestly made my day just a bit brighter than before
