I completely understand places being short staffed, but I sat in line for over 20 mins and my food was not even warm. Fries were hard and cold roast beef had dried up edges. I normally love eating here but today was the worst in a long time

I understand there's a labor shortage, and I see signs at drive-thrus that tell people to be nice to the workers who did show up, but the workers need a sign reminding them to be nice to the customers. I despise giving money to someone who is rude to me.

Wonderful customer service as soon as i pull up to the speaker right off the bat i was greeted “good evening thanks for choosing arbys we are glad you are here what can i do for you today” her name was michele and she was very friendly she asked me how my night was going and she tried upselling my combo to a large and i told her no thanks because we werent really hungry both ranch and ketchup were places into the bag upon request and the staff was overall friendly fast and customer service is outstanding only complaint was the food was stone cold :(
