Chopped pork was nice on its own, and nice with the BBQ sauce. The hush puppies were the thick rind style and I loved ‘em. I tried the red slaw which uses a sweetened pepper vinegar. It was nice to try a regional slaw. The baked beans were nothing special. Service was quick. Prices were decent considering the rise in pork recently. Great spot I’ll go back to when I’m in the area.

Very disappointed in today's experience. I ended up after tipping and all 96$$$$ I orderd 4 bbq plates which I give they were very good.. a large chef salad tht was a joke. I orderd it with no tomatoes. Cheese meat cucs onion..well a large salad if you take the to go container with the places it filled the large front place.you call thy a large salad . I could have gone to food lion and made a better salad for less. I orderd 2 plain cheese burgers nothing on thm but meat and cheese tht was interpreted as all the way. I don't know where the got all the way out of plain but they did same with a footlong hotdogs and a hamburger. All of these had fries orderd with thm. I called and let thm know I asked asked if I still had them yes but I'm 18 miles away and unable to bring thm back. So I was asked for my name and number because they had to reach out to the owner to see what to do..I'm so disappointed...
