I’m at a loss for words the lady that rung us up acted as if she was high as the sky and it wasn’t even a high off bud it was more of a pill high she looked like and took forever to ring us up and the people in front and behind us in line (we walked in) then I get a tiny sliver of lettuce and not even two pieces of bacon I’m dissatisfied I remember when Wendy’s was good it seems all it keeps doing is going down hill

They will pretend the card system is down almost every night. I have pictures of them literally standing outside smoking cigarettes and hanging with friends at 10 at night when Wendy's is supposed to be open with a sign up saying cash only and then on the speaker they're saying they're closed

The girl at the order speaker could not get the order right. And seemed to be confused or whatever when i asked her to read me back my order. I had to do this twice and both times it was wrong. Then the manager took over and started talking very snappy and loud. Then when we pulled up to the drive through window the manager was there and had look of total hate in her face.. i asked her if she was having a bad day at which time she snaped at me and said are you?? I was in business for 50 years and i learned you cant treat your customers this way.. im sorry it happened but it gave me a bad vibe for this Wendy's..

I'm moving, so I stopped for a quick bite. I ordered the Apple/walnut salad. The girl at the window was very rude. But worse was getting a break to eat my salad, but no salad dressing. Unbelievable.

"Management" was rude and claimed to be "understaffed". As a result, I , will no longer be dining at this location. A new building, shiny and clean means nothing if the staff are mouthy and rude.

Service is slow and 50% of the time my order is wrong. Just spent 20 minutes today waiting in line. Fast food my butt...

This wendy’s USED to be good, new employees will have a whole conversation going on with their mic on while you are ordering making it confusing for both parties, having to repeat myself multiple times and my order is still wrong.. and when i correct them nicely they give you this fed up look and don’t say anything … just snatch the bag or drink back and hand you some sloppy fix to “satisfy” the costumer . Fix your staff. Food is great , the people taking orders aren’t. GET BETTER STAFF!
