Dunkin'

Place still is horrible. Wish I could give it 0. They should just take this Dunkin out of the gas station seriously. If only you knew what they were doing behind the scenes. Just warning the public to not eat/drink anything from this location. The health department should definitely do a sweep in there cause SMH.

I am absolutely disgusted, and infuriated by this location. When i drove through the drive through this morning there was a dunkin employee smoking a cigarette out back by the drive through lane. This is the same employee that met me at the window to hand me my food order. The entire bag of food smelled of smoked cigarette, it was repulsive and unsanitary. Furthermore the hash browns were still half cold and the bagels were stale. I frequent this location because it is next to my work, and the past several days have consistently had stale bagels. Today will be the last time i go here, and i am genuinely unsatisfied and would implore the dunkin donuts Corporation to take some action to reference the quality of their franchise. If possible I would rate 0 strars

I wouldn’t recommend going here. Nobody wears their mask correctly especially the manager, she always has the mask on her chin why does she work there if she doesn’t wear a mask? Everybody always looks lost. The tall guy with dreads is ok his phone when I walked up and took 7 minutes to realize I was standing there. Then I went to stand and wait for my food and the manager doesn’t have her mask on, she doesn’t have the right footwear for work either I looked down to see her have slides on making my food. This place is disgusting , needs to be shut down by the health department .

Excellent service and a team that’s dedicated to their customers. I stop by every morning for coffee on my way to work. They know my order often without me even having to tell them. They know my name and they greet me with a smile. They’re always friendly, patient and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend the store to anybody. Good coffee, good service, and minimal wait time. Thank you for consistently helping me start my day of on the right foot. You’ve truly created a loyal customer here.

This morning I ordered two Sausage Egg and Cheese Wake-Up wraps and an order of hash browns the employees were very friendly and polite however I walked immediately from the restaurant to my car started to drive out of the parking lot got to the red light my sausage egg and cheese wake-up wraps we're still cold in the middle extremely displeased with the quality of the food I also requested turkey sausage instead of pork sausage however I was informed that I couldn't get turkey sausage as a substitute for the sale price on the sausage egg and cheese wake-up wraps any other Dunkin will substitute except for this one come on guys get it together I know you can do better than that
