Had placed a mobile order through the app for a slushie, a thing of hotcakes alone, and a big breakfast (hot cakes, with scrambled eggs, sausage and a biscuit). They couldn’t get the order right. I opened the bag to check my order before I left. This what I got. So where is my complete order?

I like to order from the McDonald's app and get curbside pickup. Food is usually good and they mostly get my order right. I have a big family with specifications on my order, they do pretty good on getting everything right. You can also earn free food through the app or special deals.

Alexis, who takes order for the drive thru, is the best. My friends and I all drive across town just to go this particular McDonald’s for her superior customer service experience (especially compared to other McDonald’s employees in the Akron area). Hope her kindness/personality and efficiency is appreciated by other customers and her colleagues.

This establishment is clean and they have transitioned to complete electronic ordering. The digital menu is a bit confusing to some and should have someone that is willing to help others at the boards so that they are able to place their orders without being confused as to what is the next step. People are still needed in the industry and replacing with digital ordering while inside is not 9r should not be the norm. Physical communication is still needed to keep customer moral as well as team member moral up.

If I could give -1 star I would. Waited 45 minutes after checking in for pickup. A green haired employee is the reason why I even got my food, she had just clocked in and didn't hesitate to help me. I really appreciate her help. The Mgr. was incompetent and told me she threw my food out because she thought I didn't want it. Avoid this location if you can.

One of my worst McDonald's experiences to date. We waited over 10 minutes at the speaker to make our order. Our fries were so hard you couldn't even squish them with your hands and the entire outer ring of our mchickens were burned. We both felt sick about an hour after eating any of it because we were starving and couldn't go back at that point and didn't want to anyways! This used to be a good McDonald's but not anymore and I will never go to this location again.

Location is marked open 24/7. The sign on the door says the same. The employees on their phones inside, ignoring multiple customers trying to get their attention in the drive through line, effectively make this McDonald's shut down when the dining room does.

Imagine being asked to pull around the front for 3 sandwiches. It's 3 sandwiches... by the time I got around the building there's a man standing with my food. Didn't even have time to put it in park. It was the most unnecessary thing I've done in my life. For 3 sandwiches just mind blowing a fast food restaurant can't make 3 sandwiches fast enough. Update: the mcchickens were made wrong and as well.
