Happened upon this gem while visiting friends in Akron. The staff was amazing but the plus was our waitress who happened to also be the manager on duty. She was so delight and suggested some great dishes. Pictured is the stuffed Catfish. 😍 I recommend 👌
I loved the band but my only dislike was the house music. The volume was quite loud at times which caused us to practically scream at one another. Once the band was ready, the house music was off for what seemed to be the remainder of our time at the location.

Ok, so this restaurant is consistently awesome. Excellent customer service and not one bad dish on the dinner menu! Be SURE to order the Prime Rib. Thank me later.

I visited Edgar's for the first time and definitely plan on making more visits in the future.
The staff is very professional and prompt with service. Our waitress Cami (apologies if it is not spelled correctly 😊) was AMAZING! Her attentiveness, patience, and service was nothing less than perfect.
I ordered the stuffed catfish. LAWD HELP MEEEEEEEEE!! My mouth has never experienced such harmony with the combination of shrimp, catfish, and crab topped with sauteed asparagus and a sprinkle of black beans. I purposely saved half so I could relish in this dish later at home.
To enhance my gastronomic experience even further, I dared to order the baklava cheesecake for dessert. Somebody STOP ME!
The combination is deeeeelish.
A great meal complimented with an ambiance that is relaxing yet upscale and classy. I would recommend Edgar's to anyone who is looking for this type of experience.

Great vibe, great music, great service, GREAT food! I was thoroughly impressed with the seafood gumbo appetizer, house salad, and Shrimp/Crab stuffed catfish. I would comment on the dessert but I couldn't wait to submit this review. If you're considering eating here, you're making the right choice by allowing Edgar's to serve you.

Was here for an office Christmas party. Nice venue and pleasant staff. Didn't get to try the food but the drinks were okay. Overall I would visit again.

I ordered greens for which I was charged an up charge of 1.50 they spilled before leaving the restaurant. The employee dabbed the container and the items immediately up under it with cocktail napkin. When calling to share what happened I was told the bag was secure before you left. It was not obviously if a 5 minute ride yielded me this result. The owner I thought would agree to replace the two sides he was argumentative. I told him to keep it. I do not recommend. There has been complaints regarding over crowding and diminished value due to service and the new patronage. I attempted to support any way. Never again! Meal cost 44.00 the salad was supposed to be a grouper salad it was full of chicken I don’t eat anything other than fish. I let that slide. Edgars sucks and is not wiorth the hassle.

Great service, Ribs didn't have the back membrane removed so they were a bit chewy. Also multiple areas of cartilage throughout the rack. Expected better! Many people had sworn by them? Maybe a bad batch but still needed to remove that back membrane.
