It is ridiculous at night time especially for door dash, the staff does not take people’s time into consideration. There is ALWAYS a very long line and this is every night! There has to be a better operation put in place so that a customer does not have to spend 45-60 minutes in line! I’ve been sitting in this drive thru line for 30 mins so far and it has not even moved!

The drive thru was incredibly long but the dine in service was incredible. My sandwiches were ready in no time. The facilities were immaculate.

Worse place to go too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY GO HERE. I rather go to McDonald’s across the street and I hate McDonald’s!! They need to fire everyone and shut this place down. Or get new employees who know how to move a line.

If I could give zero stars I would I am a vegetarian I ordered the impossible whopper and received a regular meat whopper wrapped in an impossible wrapper called to make the manager aware. She proceeded to actually yell at me and then hang up on me when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer I made complaint and may contact lawyer will never ever go back worst customer service ever she needs to find a new job

Stopped in for lunch today at a very busy time. Nea made my experience one to remember. She was so busy and doing multiple jobs but still had time to interact with not just me but every customer. She is very hardworking and a team leader! Thanks NEA!
