Ordered from here through door dash and everything tasted fine but my double steak was more like half steak. Paying extra for less is not something I'm gonna do again.

Just go to the Chipotle on Exchange. The team at this one is slow and unorganized, every time I have ordered from here online, there has been an issue with my order, either inconsistent size, or outright wrong order altogether. Received a bowl that was only half-full. They barely put anything in it. The bowls were laid vertically causing it all to spill to one end of the bowl.

Food is regularly wrong now today happens. The Ubereats guy hands me the bag of three bowls and I notice the bottom of the bag is so saturated that the bowls are about to come through. Pulled the food out of the bag and two of the three are perfect but my bowel has a puddle of some liquid at the bottom. GROSS! I have never had liquid in my chipotle, I have no idea what this was from, it certainly isn't the sour cream.

If I could give no stars I would.. Everytime I come to eat at this exact location my rice is always hard & my veggies (green peppers and onions) are always hard. On top of that, customer service here sucks. The lady that was cashiering was very rude. Food isn’t prepared as it should be and also bad customer service! This place needs to do better.

Horrible online delivery. In person experience also undesirable. Never expect the right order if ordering online. Portions are either minuscule or hulking. Sour cream and corn often FROZEN. Finally, if you are a vinaigrette fan, NEVER expect this location to add to your order. You could even label your meal “add salad dressing” and they will not be able to comprehend what that means. Dear chipotle, PLEASE spare us the headache and disappointment and add the dressing as a possible “add-on” option. If you have the option to experience better chipotle at any other location-do yourself the favor.

So I always thought I was getting a full cup of guacamole, the full 4 oz I am paying for. Today I maybe get 3 oz. Disappointing. Then I get like 15 napkins in my bag. How wasteful. Seems like they need better training and to lookout for both the customer AND the bottom line.

The food at this location sucks , it was super salty . The entire restaurant smelled like a restroom. It was rice all over the counter it was just not a good experience
