It’s been a long time since we had come here (since pre-COVID), and am happy to say the food is still delicious!
Service was fast and efficient, all the choices of food to select for your bowl looked fresh and was organized well. I got the spicy sour soup which was pretty tasty.
Dinner ended with the shave ice which nicely balanced the palate at the end of the meal. Definitely worth coming here if you’re in the mood for some build your own soup!

While we came at a Friday dinner time, we were still able to find parking, although the spots are tight. We always drive past the shopping center, but never have gone in to see what is there. I'm glad we stopped this time! Walking in, the first thing I noticed, was how clean the restaurant was. The workers were welcoming and explain to us how we would build our own Ramen. We headed over to the ingredients and started our dinner! Once it came out steaming hot we were ready dig in. And it did not disappoint. The flavors were superb, and the portions massive! I shared mine with my three year old, and I still had leftovers! Once we were done eating, we got the shave, ice and were blown away. My kid was so excited! And let's be honest, so was I... I like this better than some of the other "fast food, ramen" because you can choose your own ingredients and load up with vegetables, which is huge for me. Next time I go, I wanna try the pumpkin broth, and so does my kid! We will be back for sure, I think this is our new family spot....
We had a great experience building our own bowls. I choose a spicy soup and my husband choose the herbal soup. Along with the soup bowls they gave us on the house shave ice. The shaved ice is way better than north shore shaved ice. After having north shore shave ice we want to go back to this store to get their shaves ice. Along with the great food and service this place was very clean. We will definitely return.
We were quite happy with our meal. You get a huge bowl so be prepared to eat well. Lots of selections and good service, bit pricy for 4 of us was 110.
I gotta say, i never write reviews but....this the spot, on point customer service and Mama who runs it is awesome! Food is always fresh, service is awesome, spot is clean and reasonable prices for ono food!
Get a table. Grab a basket. Fill basket. (Pay by weight.) bring to cashier. Pick a broth and type of noodle and they bring out to you.

We stopped by after visiting Pearl Harbor. The kids liked the idea and grabbed too many items. Basically, if you're building your own ramen, you get a basket when you enter and fill it with the items you want. There is a fridge with meat and another with vegetables. Then you take it to the counter and they weigh everything. At that point, you can select your noodle type and soup base.
The food was prepared rather quickly, and the vegetarian soup base was tasty. It had a very chill vibe. To top it all off, we got free shaved ice with the order of ramen. Is it the best we've had? No. But it definitely wasn't bad either. I'd recommend this place.

Omg this place is super delicious. The ramen portion is huge for $11 (+tax) and they have amazing toppings like scallops and garlic chicken. The garlic chicken is just PERFECT <3 I also had it with a side of takoyaki. The FREE shaved ice with every purchase is overpowered with flan, boba and jellies <3 I also fainted over how relaxed and just overall comforted I felt.
The place was also very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.
Can’t wait to bring my husband.
What a wonderful restaurant concept. The soups were really flavorful and there was a large selection of ingredients to choose from. The clerk/manager/waitress/owner whatever her title was, was super welcoming and attentive.
Cool concept. You fetch the ingredients from a fridge and they weigh it and put em in your ramen. You choose the type of broth and noodle you want. There's no difference in prices when it comes to veggie or meat so you pay the same price if they weigh the same. The bowls are huge and they give plenty noodles. They have different curry and sides also, bit overpriced for the portion but overall good experience. Free shave ice dessert with your ramen!
