Chipotle Mexican Grill

It looked as if they had just gotten a rush of business they were cooking meat and bagging chips. The workers were polite and friendly. We got our order quickly. The food was fresh and plentiful! Some of the chips were more cooked than others, but all were salty and delicious. They prepared all orders to go... odd. The lady's bathroom was clean, but the faucet needs tightening. The mobile pick-up is popular here. Thanks for the good food❣

The one photo shows the bag of chips, and the amount of salsa you get for over 7 dollars. It's a little over 3 ounces. That's considered a 'large'. A 'regular ' is about an ounce size container for over $4.50 which is also nuts. The other photo is of the tacos. You get 3 for over 9 dollars. But they are small. The food is really good. But for the price, way too expensive. That's why only 3 stars. Other wise I'd give it more stars.

Never fails. I do a mobile order a hour before I’m suppose to pick it up. 1) it’s never ready about 15-30 minute wait 2) portion size is abysmal 3) I asked for the tomato and corn salsa and it wasn’t Included in the order. At least phone me ahead of time that my order isn’t going to be exact. Staff is joke one person doing online orders the rest doing in person orders while the rest stand back high as hell, won’t be surprised if this place shuts down at least Ann Arbor gives decent portion sizes.

Just YUM. My favorite is the barbacoa burrito with black beans, brown rice, and corn salsa. I cut it in half immediately and safe half for later. The staff here were friendly and efficient. There was a long line, but it went reasonably fast. My order was perfect. I wish there was one closer to my home.

This location seems to consistently underperform. They are always out of numerous menu items. Some workers wear headphones and don't know how to communicate properly. Other workers are really nice. Lots of times there will be numerous workers standing around or sweeping floors with customers waiting in line. Probably could be a good location with some attention from management.

This is without question the single worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of the day I go, they are always missing a substantial portion of the items that should be regular Staples of the menu. It's one thing to run out of specialty protein, but to consistently be out of basics like steak, chicken, or even bagged items like cheese and sour cream is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the audacity of charging for guacamole when it's literally the only thing available to put on the bowl other than rice, hot sauce, and one of two types of protein. Just kidding. They've only ever actually had guacamole one time I went. They've never had queso. The employees have long since ceased to care, apparently. Especially on second shift. Not that I blame them, they probably don't get paid nearly enough. An embarrassing experience from top to bottom, fortunately one that's easy to avoid given the plethora of good authentic Mexican in the area.

Used to be a good restaurant. Now they are always out of pretty much everything no matter what time you go there. Whoever is in charge of ordering supplies really needs to be re-trained. The burrito I ordered had the wrong rice, and was missing more ingredients than it had. Missing beans, fajita peppers, cheese, lettuce, corn salsa, pico, and they didn't have chips and queso.
