I was at this location 2 nights ago, and I have to say I was surprised...in a GREAT WAY! Usually the employees are stingy and act like the food is theirs, so they are almost put off while I order my extra sides that I cannot do without... BUT I went and I am so happy I did. There was a very nice young lady serving us, a happy employee in the back cutting the meat, and a very pleasant young lady at check out - who not only got my weird requests for extra gravy, etc - but did it with a smile on her face. I am very happy after leaving this location!
Portions (at least the chicken) feel smaller than they used to - I visited this location recently after several years - but the flavors remain consistent. It's a nice alternative to a fast food lunch, and you can't go wrong with that home-cooked feel. I've always loved the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese.
I ordered catering to pick up here. The folks here were really nice in getting my order together. The guests all really liked the food, and I can see why. I'm eating the refridgerated leftovers from the party, and it is still quite delicious.
I love this place! Great food every day, fresh and made with patience with the speed of fast food. Plus, the staff here is so lively and friendly.
I'm a big fan of this Boston Market. It was part of my regular lunch rotation when I used to work in Addison. Consistently high quality - my favorite is the Carver Sandwich combo with macaroni and cheese.
We brought our kids and they loved it . it's been a while since I have been here but I still think the food is awesome
I enjoy coming here the staff are friendly and today I came in to get some turkey and they said they are out but if can wait for about 5 minutes they're have it out and I said ok and he gave me a free drink with my meal and apologies for the wait
